I came in Thursday Aug. 23 2018 for the third time for hair a color. Apparently, my beautician only works 1 day a week and I have a substitute. Upon arriving on time, I waited 30 mins. no big deal. My complain is she gave my scalp a bad rash. One reason, there was no precaution in wrapping with foil. No petroleum jelly around my neck, and certainly, she left the color for 45 mins. Granted, she was a very young girl un - experience under 25 yrs old. To sum it up, I was in agony for 5 days my scalp was full of wet bumps, under my neck, was the same way. My face was all swollen. I didn't go back to let them know what had happened. I just know not to go back at the same place after having someone to fill un- experience and don't care about their customers. read more

I bring my kids in here for cuts regularly. Every stylist we've had has done a great job and the price can't be beat.

I just want to give positive shout out to the salon in the Bellevue Walmart, and especially Deb. Not only is she a super stylist, she does a super job on my short hair, and she's so acco modating. Very knowledgeable about the hair products in the salon, which I often purchase. She's such a dear person, I so enjoy our conversations and look forward to seeing her. read more

I made an appointment. When they reopened there were only 2 stylists working. Deb was fantastic. I arrived early and we were able to get started on my cut/color. We chatted the entire time. She was very polite when she had to take care of a customer or phone call. She really didn't like having to turn anyone away. She was booked up for the day. I will continue to see Deb and remember that with the times we are in, I need to call ahead and make an appointment. read more

I would totally give negative stars if I could. I feel as if these "salons" are either the first, or last stop positions for these "stylists". I've brought kids in for cuts...simple cuts...and have seen the guard fall off of clippers in the middle of cut, so he had to give a closer cut than what we wanted. Nothing said...just a shocked look and an "oh no"!! Uneven most if the time, and also took over an hour one time for a simple little boys cut...actually closer to an hour and a half. Did not appreciate the comment in front if my child that he looked old enough to choose his own hair style. He's 8..before we leave for haircut he is given a choice of three styles...and usually chooses one resembling his dad's . And actually it's not for the stylist to comment unless he has a problem performing the cut. Another problem I have is with the upselling of product..yes I realize that is how they make commissions..but no means no, especially when all I want to do is leave after almost two hours of waiting for a cut that should've been 20 minutes tops! There always seems to be a price difference with different stylists for services. Wont go back..would never suggest this place to anyone. They never look very clean either. read more

Wow! This place is terrible! I called them around 1:00PM today (11/22/2013) and asked them a few questions. 1) How much would it cost to get my hair colored? 2) How much do low lights cost? 3) How much for a cut? They told me $45 for a color, 20-75 for low lights depending on how many I wanted and 14 for a cut. I asked them if I could come in around six and get that done, they said yes. Well, I drove from 96th and Q Street in terrible traffic just to get there. I told the skunk haired lady that I wanted a cut, color and low light. She informed me that they don't do colors after six. Funny, the lady on the phone said I could get it done at six. So I decided to just get the cut. I was told there was a 30 minute wait, so I gave them my information and waited. Thirty minutes went by, then thirty five. I got up and asked how much longer, the skunk haired lady said "Umm, actually... It's going to be another 55 minutes" Seriously?! An additional FIFTY FIVE MINUTES?! I told them never mind and drove another 30 minutes back home. I wasted an hour and a half of my time with them. Do NOT go here! They're rude and obviously don't know how to estimate time. read more

I've been to this salon twice- both times when I went to the register to check out I was overcharged. The first time by $24 and the second time by $52. Obviously this isn't just "by chance" because there were customers who walked in complaining (both times that I was in the salon) about being overcharged. Apparently, overcharging customers is the way this place operates. I also had a problem with the stylist who washed & blow dried my hair, her name was Megan and she complained the whole time she was doing it. I wanted my hair washed and styled, all she did was wash & dry it. Then, she charged me $82.95! Eighty three dollars to have your hair washed and dried? Anyone would question that, when I did she assured me that was the price, I later found out she overcharged me by $52. If you are looking for a good stylist with a positive attitude and you don't want o be over-charged then stay away from this place! read more
