I had some scalding that needed to be done and that was my main reason for going all that skin build up over the winter. I guess my nail needed some attention as well. This place is getting worse and worse the more years go by. I grew up going here since I was a little girl and I'm old enough to pay for myself and wouldn't go back. They always cut you and mess up your fingers and then expect you to pay full price. I got a mani pedi and literally walked out with burning toes and fingers. On my hands they literally DRILLED the skin of 2 of my fingers. Not only that they drilled my nails down so low when I was just getting gel polish. Now that they're off I have dents in my nails from where the drilled. On ANOTHER occasion they couldn't even get a simple design done. The woman who did my nails didn't wanna do it because she thought it was a design. Well it was to me which is why i asked for it and am paying for it. I love coming here to get my nails done. I started seeing Tony for my nails and never looked back. He is the best and has a great personality as well. I quickly had all my friends coming here to see him as well. The place is really cute inside, colorful, lots of chairs for manicures and pedicures, and a ton of room at the drying table. They also have a great color selection. I have gotten a pedicure here and it was good, but the way they do manicures/acrylics are the best part of this place! Just to get a good pedicure and then when I told the lady I had acrylic she continue to put gel over my acrylic. So me and my husband went in for a pedicure and manicure and also a fill everything started well, but by the end I was so idk even know I am just so up set!!!! So I had a nail that was lifted (and the guy that was working on my nails we will just call him bob) and bob decide to not file the nail down put instead decided to cover the nail with you acrylic leaving with ever fluid germs whatever you wanna call it in they're trapped like if nothing was wrong and decided to continue doing my nails. Now I have wide nails he also decided to try and file my nails down as if I did not want my nails wide so I had to stop him and let him know that is the way I want it to my nails also I think on every finger I have I got cut on not only on the top but underneath my finger as well, he was very clumsy not very considerate not once did he apologize I'm just so disgusted I would never ever recommend anybody to ever go there!!! I also felt like he did not know what he was doing the nails came out very bumpy on easy by the time he was done he also did not know how to do a French manicure I had stopped him after he tried to assist he knew what he was doing. I've came here about a total of three times, but I never notice what poor service it had irbil the most recent time. The guy that did my nails seemed like he had very little interest in being there. He asked me if I wanted gel and I said no, and he proceeded to use Gel, and when I told him he got very angry, He yelled at me several times in the process of doing my nails, saying I was messing them up. I asked for medium size nails; and he cut them very short. And when I said something about it he got very angry. And then at the end when I noticed he missed a spot of polish on my nails he got upset, and did a crappy job at fixing it. The owner of the store was the one who had to fix my nails at the end. I only rate it 2 stars because the previous times they haven't done such a terrible job. But lately they have been hiring people who have little interest in providing good service. Very bad experience, yesterday December 14 at 5:30pm I gave a pedicure to my mother for her birthday. They ask if I wanted the regular one what I say yes because I didn't want gel. When my mother finished drying the polish I look at her and touch her feet and they were horrible, full of hard skin. I stay at the counter for about 10 minutes to pay and everyone ignores me until a girl decides to charge me. I tell her that I am going to pay but that I want her to touch my mom's feet. She tells me that was what you asked for a regular pedicure and I tell her but the heel is full of hard skin and she tells me that is the regular pedicure. The girl tells me that next time I make sure to ask what is the difference from a regular pedicure to the other one they offer. In a very rude and unprofessional way. I told her never but never i gone to a place where they asked for a pedicure and left his feet worse than they had arrived. Best nail salon in Springfield. I have been coming to them for a few years. The price is right and i am always satisfied.

When getting my original set removed, she painfully ripped off every nail using another fake nail and it hurt so bad. The final results were beautiful, it looked exactly like the picture. Except two days after getting them done, I ran my hand through my hair and a diamond fell off. They replaced it for free that day, as I paid $48 for them plus a $10 tip, except she did kind of a noticeable job when fixing it. Fast forward to 8 days after I get them done, and the nail that I got the diamond fixed on, falls off and the one on the other hand, is falling off as well. This is my first time trying them and I'm kind of upset having paid $58 for them just to last 8 days. read more

from the boston area and went there the day before a wedding. on my way to a rehearsal dinner. i got acrylics and left there in pain and also with acrylic all over my fingers. all he tried to do was sell me more and more services and teh service he was doing was awful. he told me so many times to have my friends come see him and how FAST of a job he did. yeah he did do a fast AWFUL job. he was painful!!!! I downloaded the yelp app just so I could write and WARN evreyone about this place. Nail wise this place is excellent!!! I love the fast and efficant service they do. But when I decided to try the eyelash extentions I was HORRIFIED. They use a crazy amount of glue and do not do eyelash extensions the correct way. I was in and out of the room in less than 10 minutes with lots of glue and spider like lashes. I woke up the next morning and my eyelids were red and swollen. I ended up going to a real eyelash specialist (who recommended to warn others of this terrible service) and spent two hours and twice the money to get them removed. They had me sign no paperwork and left me to deal with the reaction to the poor job they did alone. They are lucky I don't sue them. read more
