He said he would try to make the time work, but on the day of, I texted him and he didn't even respond back. In the end, I ended up having a licensed plumber who was already coming in for a different issue with my washer water hookups to look at the toilet for me. --------- Hector responded right away and was able to stop by soon after. He was friendly and got to work right away. The immediate concern was a leaking toilet, but since I had him there, I had him look at a couple of other things. He addressed all the issues I needed to get looked at and made his fixes and recommendation for the more serious issue of a corroded water valve for my washer. He needed to go to Home Depot to fix the original issue of the leaking toilet. Overall, reasonably priced and finished quickly so I was able to go back to work and only miss a few hours.
