Stopped by for some to go food since I couldn't dine in due to corona. Very nice atmosphere and beach view. The entire restaurant seemed super clean. We went for Thanksgiving and the food was amazing - and lots of it. The owners are very nice; they remembered us from our last visit. The waitress was trying but she had no help. The food was terrible. The eggs were inedible and cold. My children spit everything they tried back out immediately, and I couldn't touch my food. The only thing I was able to stomach was the toast but it was soggy too. Overpriced. Honestly, don't go. Denny's is higher quality food. We didn't even have a view to enjoy the location. Pretty good food after a day on the beach. As with most places post reopening, maybe a little under staffed. The owner's wife served us because they are having a hard time finding people to work. They would rather collect unemployment. She has another job also. We also met the owner. Bought the business in the fall and working through getting organized. These are hard working people that care about their customers. The food was good and hit the spot. Philly cheese steak was good with fruit cup. My wife had double cheese burger, no cheese and she liked it. Your on the beach so keep that in mind and don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. This restaurant is inside of a hotel. We did not know that until we got there so we had to park at a nearby meter, but the reviews were promising so we still decided to eat here. The staff was very friendly and we were seated and served very quickly, but the place is just really not good. The menu is not very big so your options are limited. There isn't any music playing or really any atmosphere at all unless you sit in the bar area. The burgers are about what you could expect from a cafeteria... McDonald's style thin frozen patty with minimal condiments and a cheap bun. The fries are alright. The nacho appetizer is large but the chips feel stale and the cheese is right out of a movie theater nacho dispenser. There are a lot of insects around if you eat outside. Overall just a really really disappointing place to eat, and I'm not really sure why it has such high reviews. read more

The food wasn't great. However the worst part is the flies that attack you as your trying to eat! They are swarming you and landing on your food and in drinks. The manger came by and we asked if the fan can be turned on to deter the flies and his response was "it's broken, so no. Sorry. Everything else is good except the flies?" There was 4 of us and it probably took an hour for our food to come out, they did seem a little busy though. Our server was extremely nice. I thought my meal was okay, which I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a side of onion rings. The onion rings came to me cold. My friends weren't extremely happy with their food either. This place was disgusting we stopped in to blow some time waiting to check in to our hotel. We both got omelettes, it tasted like powdered eggs. I was only able to force it down with a heap of salsa my wife gave up and just didn't eat. She was sure she would get food poisoning. I understand every place is understaffed and doing the best they can however my two complaints have nothing to do with staffing or customer service experience. 1. There was a literal rat walking around in the outdoor dining area eating under tables. And a large live cockroach indoors. And 2. The fish tacos are listed on the menu as being cod tacos. They were quite obviously tilapia instead. We spent $70 on two grilled cheese sandwiches and two servings of tilapia tacos and that is very overpriced. read more

The Beachfront Kitchen & Bar was so awesome we came back for seconds! We stopped in the first night about an hour before closing and got drinks and dinner. We definitely recommend the buckets they have, great amount for the price you pay. Our waiter was amazing and the owner/manager even came out and asked how we were doing and where we were from. The staff here is super nice. The next morning we came back and got breakfast for lunch and more buckets lol! The older woman serving us was a sweetheart! I downloaded Yelp just to give this place 5 stars and to say the Blackened Chicken Focaccia was amazingly delicious. Visually appealing, moist, well seasoned chicken, and delicious bacon jam.
