We loved our visit to the Beach House. We both ordered a lobster roll with fries which was delicious - huge pieces of lobster and so fresh! The fries were a mix of regular, waffle and crinkle fries along with some tater tots, which we found to be so unique and fun! My husband has a gluten intolerance and we were able to request a gluten free bun and to indicate his allergy when ordering online without an issue. We loved eating at the picnic tables along the grassy area near the beach along with our puppy. It was so peaceful on a beautiful day. The only downside was a fairly long wait for our food once we ordered - which is to be expected on a beautiful Friday night. Next time we will know to order our food online sooner and then take our time driving over, which is not a problem at all! read more

What use is a restaurant that's barely open? They're in a prime location, but apparently now they're only open three days a week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) in season and not at all during the off-season. Hingham must be able to make better use of the space. read more

The food was actually really good. Lobster roll was great quality even though pricy. Smash burger was really great, I devoured it. Star of the show was the shortbread strawberry shortcake ice cream cookie. If they are in stock you have to get one! read more

Place gets 5 stars because it is exactly what it needs to be ! You don't need a large fry....i always have some left over and wow are they good . Loaded with spice, crispy , and some tots and waffle fries mixed in . This place is perfect for the family . Sit outside at a table or bring a blanket for a picnic! SUMMER SEASON RESTAURANT! I did the first review on my work phone by accident. Because this place deserves all the praise. People don't really know about it yet, because it's the first summer in business, but it will absolutely boom in this town. In fact people will be coming from other towns to eat the delectable seafood bites that this place offers. They have a huge menu different American offerings on it like barbecue chicken tacos, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, fried seafood and lobster rolls. All of their food is ridiculously well executed. That's because the owners of this restaurant also own Stars and Tosca. They know exactly what they're doing. Especially when it comes to french fries. The are triple cooked fries are something to behold. Every person on the planet needs to try them. I had a lobster roll from here and it was so generously stuffed and fresh and perfectly cooked. I also tried their chicken tacos which were really delicious and cheesy and flavored packed and perfectly cooked. I can't wait to come back here every summer and eat all of the delicious food. Beach house is a very special place. Wow! I was BLOWN away by their very successful extra crispy fry experiment. Try their lobster roll with mixed fries. You'll never have a better lobster roll in your life. It's unbelievable. They just tripled fry them. Honestly. This place is next level. We will definitely be going a lot. Great views. Amazing menu.
