If I could give this horrific Nightmare of a business a negative number I certainly would. I ordered a 70 inch Samsung Smart Tv from them to be delivered to my vacation on in Palm Springs CA. n delivery the box appeared to be in good condition and Beach camera used a shipping service out of LA. Well the box sat about 10 days until Direct Tv could come in and run 4K wiring and few more days until Best Buys geek Squard could install it. Being the awkward size of the television and the face that I am Disabled I needed it professionally installed and hung on my wall. Upon opening the television and Best buy installing it and Direct tv connecting it there was a huge problem. The left trim piece of the front of the televisIon was defective and there is a blinding light down the entire right side of this unit. After numerous times trying to contact Beachcamera.com, seeing how the keep such odd hours, i got a manager. A manager who doesn't care, and certainly not about my health problems and expenses i endured to install their defective Samsung 4K television. The manager requested remove it form the wall ( again I'm 53 and disabled, and paid 2 companies 400$ plus to install an $1800 television) and box it up so as his "Shipper" could pick it up. That was the last time I heard from the incompetent twit. I Immediately put a stop pavement on my BOA credit card Because all the manager was willing to do was have me spend more money having professionals to handle their defective unit, box it up and have his shipper pick it up, he was tp call me back and never did, even though i left him about 25 messages. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM artists. Since there was no damage to the box and apparently because I didn't have it connected to DIRECTV at the time of delivery and it sat in the box until my home was property wired and I could shed the professional install, it was my fault for not keeping his shipping agent here while this all happened, all at my cost. I'm not at about $3000 in expenses for Beach Camera's broken defective Samsung product that sit black on wall like a black hole as its unbearable to watch. So Beach Cameras management nor customer service ever reached out to me again. 2 weeks later I got a call from the shipping agent to pick up the television, with no work from the retailer and no replacement. these people are horrific to deal with on a professional level. They are complete scam scam scam artists, buyers beware. As a restaurant owner I'm in shock and awe. Ive never in my life been treated how these people have treated me. If anyone is interested in a class action lawsuit as I have retained a powerful attorney firm out of LA CA, please contact me, Im not going to stop until I I have these assholes retail resale license. Ordered a TV from this place on December 15th. Deal was same day, two day shipping. TV was to b xmas gift for my daughter who was leaving to Texas to make her home there, and she was leaving Thursday morning, the 19th. Well, tv didn't arrive as promised, so I contacted Amazon which basically told me I was screwed because the seller was third party, even though I bought it on Amazon, thru BEACH CAMERA. I had tracking number thru fed ex, and that stated that it had bn shipped on. Monday the 16th. So I contact fed ex on Thursday the 19th, and they say they haven't received the item yet from seller, even though they stated it had been shipped on the tracking number. So in then contacted beach camera customer service(Josh was his name) and he proceeded to tell me that it was all problems from fed ex, and that their drivers were failing to update status on items shipped. He took my phone number down and said he would investigate and let me know what was up. So he calls back later in the day, only to tell me that there was a "mix up" in their warehouse and that my daughter's xmas gift was still in their warehouse. He then said he would help me out by shipping it to me, OVERNIGHT, and mind you, this conversation is on thursday the 19th, and that in would have it on Monday, the 23rd. WHAT???? First and foremost, my xmas was totally ruined, as I couldn't give my daughter her gift, and don't know when I will c her again, and I can't afford to send the tv to her in Texas. I picked the tv to buy from this place beach camera, because it said they could get it to me in two days. I can c if it were a day late, however, when it hasn't even shipped out from seller, even though it telling me that it had shipped already, that is just downright b.s. then, as if a person deserves to be kicked when they are down, Josh, from Beach Camera, says he is doing me a "favor" by telling me it will be shipped overnight, which should mean it would be here on Friday the 20th of December, but that in should receive it on Monday the 23rd of December.???.? Geez, wow, one hell of a nice favor. B.S. A person would think they would get some kind of discount off final price after all this, basically lying and blaming, and not taking accountability for their own mistakes. What I know is that in my 48 years of living on this planet, this has turned out to be the worst xmas I have had. In conclusion, my advice to others is to not do business with Beach Camera, fed ex, and Amazon. Also, all 3 of these so called companies should be ashamed for themselves. I thought I should share my experience here. I generally like Beachcamera since I don't get taxed being a New Yorker and their price is competitive. Here is my situation. I ordered and received the Sigma 18-35 f1.8 for Nikon "Certified Refurbished" from you guys through Amazon. The warranty description was all over the place and not making any sense. According to the warranty description, my lens was refurbished by Sigma and it has a 90 days warranty. If you read the description further, it said something about having a full USA warranty of 4 years. Anyway, I received the lens 2 days ago (like new and even with the US warranty card). I thought my lens has a 90 day warranty from Sigma. I emailed Sigma and gave them the lens serial number to verify my warranty status. They said the lens was not refurbished by them. So, no warranty. At the same time, I emailed Beachcamera. They said my lens was refurbished by Sigma and Sigma would handle my warranty claim...which is not true. I told Beachcamera about my contact with Sigma and have yet received their reply. I then had a chat with Amazon. Basically, they are telling me that, since neither Sigma or Beachcamera is claiming to have refurbished this lens, I would only have a 30 days return/exchange period from Amazon. To make things even more confusing, my receipt didn't record the serial number of the lens at all. Luckily, according to Amazon, they would refund me if my lens is returned regardless if Beachcamera can not keep track on how or what is being returned to them. Luckily, this copy of the Sigma 18-35 is so well behaved with the AF performance and accuracy, I am deciding to keep it. Normally, I would be extremely upset that I am paying for a lens with a false warranty claim information. Yes, I would still to have a guarantee that this lens has a 90 days warranty. Unfortunately, neither Sigma or Beachcamera is claiming to have refurbished this lens. read more

I bought a high-end LG OLED C8 77 TV from Beach Camera on September 16, 2018 via Greentoe.com. Got a great great great price that I was not able to find anywhere. Being online, no tax either. Just a super duper deal. However, there were delays in shipping and delivery company was just terrible. But once I reported delivery issues to Greentoe which immediately reported got Beach Camera involved, I was quickly contacted by BC customer service manager (I think her name was Nancy). She took care of the issue and was kind enough to give me $200 credit on the price of TV for delivery company's issues. I was not in a hurry so it didnt matter to me when delivery came just as long as the delivery people didnt break the TV. I would give full marks to Beach Camera for just great price and then their prompt and thoroughly professional customer service. Zero marks, or rather negative marks to delivery company in Miami (they are horrible). I would add that I was so happy with the BC price and customer service that I bought a 2018 LG Sk10Y soundbar from Beach Camera (again via Greentoe.com). Again, great price and absolutely no shipping issues this time. Just to give perspective, the older model of LG Soundbar was selling for higher price at Costco than what I paid for brand new 2018 model at BC (via Greentoe.com). Cant beat BC price (if purchased via Greentoe.com) I would highly recommend Beach Camera, and Greentoe.com to everyone. Just be patient with shipping and delivery, you will save a bundle of money. My experience with Beach Camera did not start in the best way, I bought a TASCAM recording kit, but there was an error in the address that I corrected immediately, even though they said they would send the equipment even if no one receives it and gets damaged. Another purchase was entered with the correct address and if it arrived in the agreed time, but did not arrive all the parts, it was missing a sony microphone. The amazon team after a weeks of phone calls and emails managed to make the first TASCAM kit was forwarded to the correct address to make the forwarding, they did the forwarding but, to the wrong address again !!!. Amazon was with those beach camera mistakes and I completely reimbursed the money. Thanks to amazon. Making another purchase I noticed that the item was sold by Beach Camera, but before buying, I asked to be replaced by the microphone that never arrived. In effect, they sent the microphone without any cost, to the wrong address again !!!. I decided to buy the item at another store and stop buying at Beach Camera, then I got the call from another person from Beach Camera, Lindsay Lopez, was the only person who understood everything that happened after I put 1 star on their Amazon reputation . And thanks to the amazon team again, they sent the microphone in the right direction, then Lindsay, knowing what happened, reviewed the whole process and managed to reeembolse 25 dollars for all the problems occurred. A good way of doing business. There should not be such problems, but if there are, it is good policy to reimburse the client those Beach Camera errors. So far so good, but it's only been 3 days for this new LG OLED TV. Ordered this through Greentoe to get a good price and I did, but I never would have purchased it if Greentoe provided the seller's name first. I have nothing against Beach Camera as I've never purchased anything from them before, but I live in Oregon and this was shipped from New Jersey which was of grave concern for a week of shipping. This TV has been in more cities than I have. I was all prepared to not accept delivery if the package was damaged and there indeed was a large fist size hole on one side. I put my hand in it and found an inner box that seemed untouched, so I accepted it. Upon removing it from intense packaging, I nearly stopped as all the styrofoam was broken up on one side, but I couldn't find any damage, so I continued. Man, these things are a lot of work to set up from beginning to end. The product is so far excellent, the shipping was long going across the entire country, but Beach Camera shipped it immediately, the packaging was sturdy enough to handle some misfortune and unlike another I could have bought this from for the same price, they were able to give me an exact delivery date and it came on that day! Hope some problem doesn't come back to haunt me from the trip. I've never owned anything by Sony's and Samsung's and have never had anything ever go wrong with any of them. I hope this lifelong trend continues with this LG beauty. I'd buy from them again, but maybe not something as delicate as this unless I return to where I was born and raised, NJ! My girlfriend ordered Beyer Dynamic DT 990 Pro headphones from Beach Camera ( link to listing here: http://a.co/09j0AHj ) through Amazon for my birthday. The day after the order shipped she received a $45 refund, I had a feeling of what was to come. So a few days later the package arrived. I went to pick it up and immediately I knew it was too light to contain the amp. Open the package and surprise surprise, no amp. The amp cost $60 on Amazon but they refunded $45. This is classic bait and switch. They waited until the package shipped to issue the refund. When she went to order initially the listing said out of stock, but we checked back a few hours later and it was in stock again. Well immediately after she ordered it, of course was listed as out of stock again. Except a few hours later it was listed as in stock again. As of writing this IT IS STILL LISTED AS IN STOCK. But when I called they said they didn't have that amplifier. This is a scam, period. I reported them to the FTC and FBI. They ship a much cheaper item than what you ordered, deny it, and then refuse to cooperate as long as possible. Some people give up and they keep the money. They do it all the time and give everyone the same excuses. Just read other reviews. Check BBB. They tried to steal about $1700 from me. They shipped a $200 projector that had been VERY carefully repackaged as a $1700 one. Sound familiar? They blamed me, they blamed FedEx. They pretended it never happens. They had no comment about ALL the other IDENTICAL complaints about them online. I returned their cheap projector and they still refused to refund me. Then they told me I was forbidden to contact them anymore except through Amazon. Then I started writing reviews. Then the customer service manager "Charlie" started TEXTING me at night (even after telling me we could only talk through Amazon). They FINALLY refunded me after I made a LOT of noise. I've ordered several camera bodies, and lenses from Beach, and have always been completely satisfied with the ease of ordering, speed of delivery, and on occasion simplicity of return. Beach has the most generous return period (45 days) of the major online photo specialty sites, which has given me time to check the functions of the cameras, and decide whether the body or lens provides the expected results. It also provides a reasonable amount of time for any operational defect to manifest itself. Beach's Customer Service representatives have also cancelled two orders, one of which was my mistake, and the other when the item would not be delivered before personal travel would prevent my being able to accept/sign for the parcel. Hard to believe the negative reviews after my own exceptional experiences with Beach, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends, and family! read more
