This company is a scam! I accidentally ordered a tv through Amazon not knowing it was a shady second dealer which accepted my return request but wants to charge me a 20% restocking fee which comes to $400.00. I called their companies customer service and the lady on the phone was insistant that I need to pay this and tried offering me a discount of $85 on the tv I didn't want in the first place. Luckily I called Amazon and they said that beach camera can't charge me for something I canceled the order on while it was still out for deliver and emailed them stating that fact and even if beach camera tries to charge me it's amazons policy to take care of the fraudulent charge. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! read more

How do I give negative stars? For YEARS online and in the trisate area, Beach camera has been KNOWN to bate and switch as well as sell grey market/international electronics. The ONLY reason I even entertained buying from Beach is because of how close they are to me, and the fact if they screwed me, I'd be able to go there and deal face to face with them, instead of just having to deal with them over the phone. The monitor shipped and actually got here ahead of the estimated time. the box was a little rough, but the monitor was in perfect condition. I saved about $200 getting this from Beach Camera over other vendors. The monitor is huge. we use it for Adobe Premiere and the width is incredible for editing. it gives you so much room and allows very long timelines. Overall, I'm satisfied. read more

I bought a pair of Klipsch speakers from Beach Camera online. I received one of them and no status on the second. When I called to ask for a status update they said they were out of inventory. Not sure why they didn't inform me of that when I purchase them. They said new inventory would be available the following week. The following week a shipment noticed came through and the second speaker finally arrived a week later. When I opened the box I was a bit surprised to see that it was a completely different color than the first one. Surely an error. When I emailed support I received a response that this was in fact intentional as they had no more inventory and this was a close fit. A close fit? They're two different colors! And these are big floor speakers that will be noticed. But that's ok they offered me 20 bucks if I keep it. Nope. This is ridiculous. I recently purchased a Shark Rocket IZ142 Impact Pet Pro Cordless Vacuum w Zero-M Orange, Factory Refurbished from Beach Camera. The unit arrived well packaged in a timely manner. As I generally don't leave reviews that often, I wanted to give others some of the pros and cons of this portable vacuum based on my recent experience. PROS: This vacuum is very easy to use and super light weight. I absolutely love the metallic, burnt orange color. The fact that you can detach the canister of the vac and use it for cleaning sofas, and the interior of you car is an added bonus and part of the reason for my purchase to begin with. It does a great job of picking up pet hair and general floor cleaning. It also has a very convenient "turbo" button option for additional suction (I tend to use it with the turbo button pressed for as long as possible). I have not yet used it on any rugs, so I cannot speak to that. Now for its size, it does a good job. Just realize that it's not a Shop Vac and has limitations. CONS: For me, the biggest issue is the battery life. Don't expect to be able to vacuum your entire home unless you live in a moderately sized apartment. You will get upwards of maybe 20 - 30 minutes of run time depending on whether you use the turbo button or not. Otherwise, it a very well priced, awesome colored little vac that does what it's intended to do. And for a refurbished unit, it looks brand new. Kudos to Beach Camera! read more

After this review I was finally able to get in contact with folks to provide assistance at beach camera. The issue was that Sony was taking a while to restock the tv. Once I was able to get someone that I could talk to on the phone the updates weee even more transparent. In the end the beach camera tv made things right for me with a good delivery of my 83" tv and threw in other things for the delay. They were super apologetic for the experience and checked in a few times after delivery to make sure everything was running ok with the TV. read more

Ordered a $600 dollar computer monitor from them via Amazon. Order was confirmed, shipped with tracking number, and my card was charged. It delivered today and instead of a monitor they shipped a cheap computer mouse. After calling the company, the customer service rep stated they "tried to contact me" (which they did not, no email, no call/voicemail) to tell me the item I ordered was not in stock and the that mouse was a "gift" for the inconvenience. The funny thing this, the monitor is pretty hard to find right now due to demand, so I placed my order as soon as it was in stock on Amazon. My friend also placed an order about 12 hours after me. He got his monitor, but somehow it was out of stock for my order. There's obviously a huge issue with their logistics. I puchased the Garmin Approach S10 golf gps watch from Beach Camera. I got the bundle package with a set of iron head covers and golf tool. The bundle was a good deal, price-wise, and everything was brand new and in excellent condition. The watch is great. It's lightweight and comfortable on your arm and easy to use. I also noticed while my friends were struggling to see their watches in the sun, I was able to see mine clearly.
