I am writing this on behalf of my mother…read more She went in looking for help because her phone screen went dark. When she walked in they did not greet or attempt to engage with her and were talking amongst themselves. When she approached them for help and told them about her phone a male employee told his coworker Ilena or Yelena to look at the back of the phone. The young lady came over and asked if she put her phone in her back pocket and if she has insurance my mother told her no. She told my mother hold on and went to the back. When she came back she went to help other people while my mother waited. While my mother stood there waiting another female employee asked if she needed anything because there was nothing they could do. Feeling disrespected and disregarded my mother left. At no point did they ask for her phone number to look up her account information to give her any options or advise. They treated her as if she wasn't there and when they acknowledged her treated her like an annoyance. When I followed up with a call to the shop a man came on the phone claiming to be the manager. When I explained what happened he said no one had been in the store in hours and acted like nothing had happened. I asked about the employee Ilena and he said there was no one with that name. I asked for his name and he refused to give it. I asked as a means to have a contact when I come into the store and so that they can be held accountable on the corporate end. He refused once more and I am now in the process of ensuring someone is held accountable. My mother and I have been Tmobile account holder for 16 and 15 years respectively and have never had such an experience. My mother ended up calling Tmobile and they are sending he a new phone. We will not shop there any longer and will encourage our friends and family to do the same. BEWARE.
