I was gone for a vacation so I really didn't mind order taking more than expected, but got pretty disappointed with what was done with my pc. They informed me the price for custom rebuild will he around $150, including the cable managements, parts assembly (I specifically requested for the heatsink installation) None of them were done. No cable managements, heatsink wasn't installed, GPU sustainment and support weren't installed so the GPU was just hanging by one beam, Kept telling me that their technician must have forgotten it, and if I come back the following day everything should be done. When I visited the next day, the heat sink literally fall off as I opened up the pc right in front of them. I cannot recommend Computer Doctor enough--they are honest, brilliant, and completely saved me…read moreafter a massive ordeal with Micro Center! My PC stopped working, and Micro Center diagnosed it as a bad motherboard. I bought a new motherboard from them and had Computer Doctor install it. When the PC still didn't work, Computer Doctor correctly analyzed that the processor was actually the issue. Since Micro Center offered free follow-up diagnostics, I took the PC back to them. Incredibly, they completely missed the processor issue again, doubled down on their original mistake, and claimed this brand-new second motherboard was also defective! They argued with me the entire time and dismissed my suspicion about the CPU. I rejected Micro Center's diagnosis, took my computer back, and bought a new processor elsewhere. Computer Doctor went above and beyond--they tested the processors multiple times for me and even installed the new CPU for free. Sure enough, it was the processor all along. I still have the original motherboard, and I am confident it was never the problem in the first place. Micro Center completely failed me, but Computer Doctor earned a customer for life. Bottom line: go to Computer Doctor first!
