The advantage of using Best Bet is that they deal with BOTH windows AND apple operating systems (in my household we have several PC's and several Macs) and, for me anyway, its VERY REASSURING that my tech guy is intimately familiar with both! Surprisingly, they were able to repair my laptop (that Apple said couldnt be repaired) for $100...I was GREATLY RELIEVED Ive had them come to my house for Desktop computer help and I've also driven there myself for laptop help I find it comforting dealing with a small'ish operation (where they actually know who I am when i walk in or call) as opposed to a huge corporation where I have to first "make an appointment to speak with them", and if i'm "lucky" they'll give me an appointment in 4 or 5 days.
