Long day of traveling with a four hour lay over in Dallas. I stumbled upon a spa that offered chair massages. I struck up a conversation with the therapist, Robin. I needed a massage but I wanted to make sure who would do the massage. Robin was great, great hands and great knowledge. That massage set me up for the week. It was a great find. I had the best experience at BeRelax in terminal B with Yasira!! She is awesome! I will be back for sure! She gave me the BEST pedicure and didn't rush me the way you would think you would be at an airport spa. I had a layover at DFW coming back from an outdoor adventure. I had an issue with my left shoulder and did not want to be uncomfortable on my next flight. I booked an appt hoping for some relief. Lucky me, I got Lunaria. She has a great talent for targeting areas that cause the discomfort. Way beyond just a massage, it was very therapeutic. I was quite early for my flight and but tired and carried two quite large bags, I was wondering around the terminal and spotted this place. I have an ongoing back injury post x3 surgeries to date, so aching quite a bit. I went in and was served by Cory, I explained my history and he recommended a service, the sit up option. Lower back problems cause aches and pains in upper back, shoulders and neck through tension. He correctly identified this and began a very reasonable priced massage. I chose 10mins just in case it wasn't very good and I wasted my money. Wish I had opted for longer it was BRILLIANT! Afterwards I felt so so relaxed, no stiffness at all and my posture felt so good! I will be using this next time I pass through DFW HIGHLY RECOMMEND Thank you Cory, you are awesome! read more

The workers here were Great, very friendly and professional. Their Manager seemed a bit dis-organized. She had been hanging around while I got a Manicure then when I went to leave, I paid in cash and needed change. There was no change. And the manager was no where to be found. After about 20 minutes the girl that did my nails ran and got the change. I guess the manager should've been a little better at her job and made sure there was change in the drawer. Glad I had plenty of time before my flight!!! read more

I travel frequently and get massages at many luxury spas and hotels. The 90 minute table massage I had today from Sedellia was incredible. I have to say it was one of the best I have ever had and what a surprise to find it at an airport. You will not be disappointed as all the staff are very friendly and the whole experience is first class. read more

The staff at this spa were wonderful. After being on a flight with a mask my husband with a TBI was struggling to breathe. He was able to receive oxygen treatments while we waited for our flight. Would highly recommend! read more

This was the worst manicure I've ever had! Left bleeding! Cuticles look worse than when I went in. Should have known by they way the techs nails looked. They looked like a five year old painted them. Very disappointing! 34.00 down the drain! read more

We had a four hour layover after a red eye from Maui. Robin and Margie were awesome! We both sat in the chair as another got a chair massage from Robin and it was JUST WHAT we needed. I've never done a chair massage but I will definitely do one again - not likely it will be as good as Be Relax in DFW but we will try. If ever in DFW Terminal D - go see them!! Edwin and Reyna made my layover in Dallas so enjoyable, their energy and customer service was great!

Tried to get a gel manicure before my flight because i had two hours to spare. The person wrote down my name and phone number and said when the other worker (who does nails) is done with her break she would call me. This person on their break was sleeping in one of the massage chairs with their head phones in which I had 0 problem with! The employee at the desk said it would be about 15 minutes, so I said okay great. I go back and sit by a gate nearby and wait for the phone call - I still see the store front. 40 minutes go by and I never got a phone call so I walked into the store and asked if it still might be possible to get my manicure, and a new worker was working. She said let me check, walks into their back room, there is laughter and said "well how long until you board?" I said I have an hour and this new worker said "that won't be long enough" and I asked "oh I was told there would be enough time" and this worker said "she still has 30-45 minutes of her break left, and then the manicure would take 45" I said okay no problem, and I walked out and the two workers started laughing. Very obvious they did not want to do my manicure no matter how long I had and were laughing about me behind my back- very mean. Workers made me feel embarrassed and had me sit there for 40 minutes with no phone call, definitely do not come here. read more
