I was looking at nearly a three hour layover at the Dallas Fort Worth Airport. So I asked Chatgpt what there was to do. Be Relax came up for massages, and I thought what a perfect idea after a 3 hour flight in from SFO! They have all sorts of massages here such as those automated chairs and basic neck massages in a chair hunched over. The massage table experience in the private room was what I was after though. There was quite a waitlist, but I was encouraged by the kind staff to join due to constant cancelations. I left to go get a bite, and I moved up on the waitlist from 7 to 2 once finished. Lisa was my masseuse, and hit all the right spots loosening my muscles from some lift sessions earlier in the week. The ambiance of the room made me almost forget I was at the airport! Yeah, it may be a bit pricey, but if you have time to kill and want to de-stress during a layover, it is worth it! Don't put a price on a little self-care especially at the airport! I feel refreshed and ready for the last leg of my flight. THis is definitely an experience I would seek out at other airports also. read more

I came over during my layover from Europe and it was a good way to relax at the airport and take a moment for yourself and destress from traveling. This is for the terminal D location. Went back because the last pedicure and manicure I had was amazing. The Latin lady I had last time was no longer there, so they had another Vietnamese lady do the two procedures for me. It was horrible and cost me $110. My feet looked worse than when I came in and my pedicure was even worse. She cut me in three spots. One spot would not stop bleeding and she kept putting stuff on it to stop the bleeding and then said don't worry it would wash off in an hour. In a hour it did not wash off and my cuticle looked horrible. She gave me 10% off. The next day it did not get better and two other fingers looked bad. I called the next day to get a refund for the manicure and they told me to e-mail corporate. Two days later they got back to me asking for info and pictures. I told them it was too late and my Citibank card already reversed the $59.00 for the Manicure (I did take a picture BTW) How hard was it to do a male manicure and pedicure? She did not even polish shine my nails well enough and gave me the sponge to use on my own. Stay far away from this place. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Cons: Opened late so I had to wait for service, it's a very small location and not all chairs were working so that's likely a limitation during busier times, price is steep for what you're getting (I didn't have to pay due to the credit card perks but it would have been $38 for 15 minutes in what is essentially the $5 mall massage chairs), customers who are getting "free" service due to lounge perks are seen after "paying" customers. If you don't have a ton of time before your flight, this might mean leaving that perk behind. Overall, I felt the service was attentive, the massage was solid. DFW AIRPORT LOCATION: Soo much potential but so many things just don't quite work. I'll get a massage ANYTIME, ANYWHERE, and I'd choose to not come back here. 1. Foot massage was pretty good. Shoulder/back massage was TERRIBLE. I was hoping it would just be over. I gather these employees get very little training plus they don't seem to understand how to give a massage. Also tech needs to WASH HANDS before starting the massage. 2. WAYYYYYY OVERPRICED! $100 for 45 mins. You can find that at a really decent spa or hotel many times. 3. Layout /interior design is odd / they should put up some plants and for gosh sakes why put all the massage chairs out for public display by the entire airport! They need to structure this more like a Thai massage with some coziness. 4. "Intake" process for a massage that lasts a few mins is difficult (on a hard to see iPad) and asks all kinds of detailed info. (I understand it's likely for liability purposes but the iPads are difficult to use with fingernails and/or eyesight challenges.) 5. I counted 4 ppl that walked in wanting a massage and were TURNED AWAY or TOLD TO WAIT 20 minutes and of course they declined. ITS AN AIRPORT (!) and they're trying to capture customers making flight connections, etc! There were TWO massage techs. HIRE MORE FOR GOODNESS SAKES! 6. Despite being advertised on their menu of services, they didn't have the nail salon or table massage "available." Have it available or DONT OFFER IT! Again HIRE MORE PPL - they needed much better team coverage. I think they're trying to operate on a shoestring or something. 7. There are tables of lotions and travel pillows for sale all over the place. Just concentrate on offering massages!! 8. In between treatments I had to run to the ladies room and they would not let me leave my giant backpack and huge shoulder bag, instead I had to lug all this to the restroom with me. I get TSA rules but seems like there should be lockers or something. 7. On a positive note: it was very clean and tidy. I was happy with my first experience so I was going to go back on my return home however when I went back no one would come out of the back and help me. I was in terminal B today and they all stayed in the back chatting it up. I caught a young black womens eye twice but she just ignored me and kept talking never asked me if I need help. I decided forget it I will get a massage at home it is much cheaper. I have a 2 hour lay over. I will watch a movie I downloaded from Netflix. I'm a great tipper for good service but being ignored is ridiculous! I will never be back. Tried out for the first time because they joined priority pass and so I get that as my pass privileges. The 30 machine is probably the best option. The machine's knobs can be a little hard on your back but in 5-10 seconds you get used to it and it becomes amazing. Tried the 10min head massage too by their massage therapist. But maybe the guy kept massaging the same spot on my head. But the best thing is even if you pick the 10min human massage they still turn the massage chair on for you. So that was nice. And certainly the best option if your time is limited. read more

Stopped here to pass time while waiting for a delayed flight. Purchased a eyebrow wax and 20 min. chair massage Pros: Very friendly staff. I found them warm and welcoming. The person (I'm sorry I forgot his name) did my eyebrows seemed knowledgeable about skincare. The electronic massage chairs. You are allowed to use these for as long as you'd like after your service. I found this to be the best part of everything. These chairs are phenomenal, with more options than I've ever seen. Even heat, leg massage and zero gravity. I later learned you can pay for just this. That's what I will do next time. Cons: The chair massage was mediocre. I didn't find it very comfortable or relaxing, and when he started rubbing my head, I found it painful (pulled my hair).
