WOW! Jason J. was absolutely incredible! I've been getting massages once a month for the past 20 years, and I can confidently say this was the BEST massage I've ever had! And in an airport of all places?! I was blown away! I opted for the table massage, and it was heavenly. The table was heated, incredibly comfortable, and the entire experience was so relaxing. Jason truly has a gift! They also offer chair massages and mani-pedis, so there's something for everyone. If you have extra time at the airport, do yourself a favor and stop here. I cannot recommend Jason J. enough! What an unexpected luxury while traveling. I would give him 10 stars if I could! The other ladies here are also very kind and welcoming. Such a treat! read more

Be Relax - Massage Near Me - Dallas, Texas

A Wonderful, Rejuvenating Experience at Be Relax Spa What a wonderful surprise in the middle of a long travel day! I had just flown into Dallas-Fort Worth from New York and had a brief layover before continuing on to my next destination. When I spotted Be Relax Spa and their massage chairs, I decided to stop in and inquire. I'm so glad I did. Sherell was incredibly warm and welcoming and set me up for a 30-minute massage-chair session. I have experienced massage chairs before, but this was truly next level--one of the best massage-chair experiences I've ever had. After 30 minutes, I felt completely rejuvenated, refreshed, and ready to board my next flight. But what made the experience especially memorable were the people. Sherell and Keora were both genuinely kind, gracious, and caring. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of an airport, it was such a pleasure to encounter two people who brought such warmth and humanity to their work. Thank you so much, Sherell and Keora, and thank you, Be Relax Spa, for providing such a wonderful oasis for travelers. You transformed my layover into a genuinely restorative experience! read more

Be Relax - Took this with me for the airplane ride. Thanks to all. - Massage Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Jason has magic hands. Highly recommend table massage is your layover at DFW allows time.

I was looking at nearly a three hour layover at the Dallas Fort Worth Airport. So I asked Chatgpt what there was to do. Be Relax came up for massages, and I thought what a perfect idea after a 3 hour flight in from SFO! They have all sorts of massages here such as those automated chairs and basic neck massages in a chair hunched over. The massage table experience in the private room was what I was after though. There was quite a waitlist, but I was encouraged by the kind staff to join due to constant cancelations. I left to go get a bite, and I moved up on the waitlist from 7 to 2 once finished. Lisa was my masseuse, and hit all the right spots loosening my muscles from some lift sessions earlier in the week. The ambiance of the room made me almost forget I was at the airport! Yeah, it may be a bit pricey, but if you have time to kill and want to de-stress during a layover, it is worth it! Don't put a price on a little self-care especially at the airport! I feel refreshed and ready for the last leg of my flight. THis is definitely an experience I would seek out at other airports also. read more

The place was a rip off. $117 for a 30 min massage from an Asian lady who was super weird. The customers and I kept looking at each other because you couldn't understand anything she was saying and she was super weird read more

Massage chair was very nice to kill time with while waiting for my connection! Dee was very helpful and kind.

Jason is a godsend! The most amazing table massage while on a long layover. Such a treat. Jason is amazing!

Dee is amazing! Love the service this business provided! The massage chair is awesome!

Amazing experience. Lesley, Chris, and Daisy were super helpful and took great care of me before my flight. Would highly recommend!

This is a nice way to loosen your muscles during a layover! I came over during my layover from Europe and it was a good way to relax at the airport and take a moment for yourself and destress from traveling. I was able to use my priority pass for a 30 min chair massage which did a pretty good job for a chair massage. The staff were friendly and helpful to let us know upgrade options for our next visit. read more

Great place for a massage while traveling. A bit pricey but it is the airport. Can reserve your place on the waitlist via UPC and pick your service. If you have priority pass chair massagers are included. Staff very nice. read more

3.5 Stars Pros: Service was friendly, massage chairs were good, able to "pay" with my credit card lounge access (a win). Cons: Opened late so I had to wait for service, it's a very small location and not all chairs were working so that's likely a limitation during busier times, price is steep for what you're getting (I didn't have to pay due to the credit card perks but it would have been $38 for 15 minutes in what is essentially the $5 mall massage chairs), customers who are getting "free" service due to lounge perks are seen after "paying" customers. If you don't have a ton of time before your flight, this might mean leaving that perk behind. Overall, I felt the service was attentive, the massage was solid. I'd come again (as long as still covered by perks). read more

This is for the terminal D location. Went back because the last pedicure and manicure I had was amazing. The Latin lady I had last time was no longer there, so they had another Vietnamese lady do the two procedures for me. It was horrible and cost me $110. My feet looked worse than when I came in and my pedicure was even worse. She cut me in three spots. One spot would not stop bleeding and she kept putting stuff on it to stop the bleeding and then said don't worry it would wash off in an hour. In a hour it did not wash off and my cuticle looked horrible. She gave me 10% off. The next day it did not get better and two other fingers looked bad. I called the next day to get a refund for the manicure and they told me to e-mail corporate. Two days later they got back to me asking for info and pictures. I told them it was too late and my Citibank card already reversed the $59.00 for the Manicure (I did take a picture BTW) How hard was it to do a male manicure and pedicure? She did not even polish shine my nails well enough and gave me the sponge to use on my own. Stay far away from this place. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Outstanding is too weak a word to describe the experience. Phenomenal is getting closer. Alexandra (LMT) was the perfect blend of relaxation and tension relief. All in an outstanding fully clothed chair massage. WOW. I highly recommend. It's a must do when coming thru DFW. read more

Priority pass with Chase, not capital one or Amex, gives you a couple services. I got the 30 minute chair massage and it was delightful as I waited almost four hours for my next flight. It's chill and the staff are very nice. read more

Wow, these are amazing massage chairs! My family had a massage chair growing up, but it was pretty similar to a nail salon massage chair -- nice, but underwhelming. These ones are definitely hitting the spot right now! I'm literally enjoying the chair as I write this. This visit was prompted by a Priority Pass benefit. There's a variety of options; I chose the 30 minute massage chair. read more

DFW AIRPORT LOCATION: Soo much potential but so many things just don't quite work. I'll get a massage ANYTIME, ANYWHERE, and I'd choose to not come back here. 1. Foot massage was pretty good. Shoulder/back massage was TERRIBLE. I was hoping it would just be over. I gather these employees get very little training plus they don't seem to understand how to give a massage. Also tech needs to WASH HANDS before starting the massage. 2. WAYYYYYY OVERPRICED! $100 for 45 mins. You can find that at a really decent spa or hotel many times. 3. Layout /interior design is odd / they should put up some plants and for gosh sakes why put all the massage chairs out for public display by the entire airport! They need to structure this more like a Thai massage with some coziness. 4. "Intake" process for a massage that lasts a few mins is difficult (on a hard to see iPad) and asks all kinds of detailed info. (I understand it's likely for liability purposes but the iPads are difficult to use with fingernails and/or eyesight challenges.) 5. I counted 4 ppl that walked in wanting a massage and were TURNED AWAY or TOLD TO WAIT 20 minutes and of course they declined. ITS AN AIRPORT (!) and they're trying to capture customers making flight connections, etc! There were TWO massage techs. HIRE MORE FOR GOODNESS SAKES! 6. Despite being advertised on their menu of services, they didn't have the nail salon or table massage "available." Have it available or DONT OFFER IT! Again HIRE MORE PPL - they needed much better team coverage. I think they're trying to operate on a shoestring or something. 7. There are tables of lotions and travel pillows for sale all over the place. Just concentrate on offering massages!! 8. In between treatments I had to run to the ladies room and they would not let me leave my giant backpack and huge shoulder bag, instead I had to lug all this to the restroom with me. I get TSA rules but seems like there should be lockers or something. 7. On a positive note: it was very clean and tidy. LONDON HEATHROW LOCATION WAS GREAT, very different experience than Dallas airport. read more

Gel manicure didn't last, looks awful only 24 hours later! Looked great when I left, but nail tech must have missed a step because it was sticky and began to crack and look dirty! So disappointing especially after paying $85!!! What a joke, very unhappy! :( read more

I was happy with my first experience so I was going to go back on my return home however when I went back no one would come out of the back and help me. I was in terminal B today and they all stayed in the back chatting it up. I caught a young black womens eye twice but she just ignored me and kept talking never asked me if I need help. I decided forget it I will get a massage at home it is much cheaper. I have a 2 hour lay over. I will watch a movie I downloaded from Netflix. I'm a great tipper for good service but being ignored is ridiculous! I will never be back. With our current economy you would think these folks would be jumping for clients there was absolutely no one in the spa. read more

Just had the most AMAZING massage from Julie at this location. Her hands are gifted. Had a great experience from the time I entered the location, super nice receptionist and Julie was outstanding. I had a migraine and neck pain during my layover at DFW airport. Her hands not only relaxed me, but helped relieve my pain. Julie has a gift!!! I wish I had a massage therapist back home in San Antonio as good as her. I'll be coming back through DFW next week and I'm sad bc my flight is going to be too late to see her but... I will definitely be coming back and requesting Julie whenever I have a layover in Dallas! read more

I got a gel manicure from Jess and she was incredibly talented. Her kindness and sweet attention to detail made an impact. She took the time to offer me some special trendy looks while giving me an incredible manicure with massage. This has to be one of my favorite priority benefits! Two different options (polish change and chair massages) are availability through the Chase priority benefits. I've done both the hand polish change and the 15/30 minute chair massage and truly make a hectic travel day that much more relaxing. Special shout-out to Derek and AJ at DFW. Priority pass benefits aside, there are many other options as well. 10/10 would recommend! read more

I walked in to an empty place and a woman obviously having a bad day responded and greeted me in a very unfriendly and unprofessional manner. I will never go back. Enjoyed a lovely manicure by Jessica at DFW-1328 (terminal B). It was a spontaneous decision to bop into the spa between flights and made me feel like a new human. Definitely a better investment in self-care than a glass of wine across the hall :) read more

Tried out for the first time because they joined priority pass and so I get that as my pass privileges. The 30 machine is probably the best option. The machine's knobs can be a little hard on your back but in 5-10 seconds you get used to it and it becomes amazing. Tried the 10min head massage too by their massage therapist. But maybe the guy kept massaging the same spot on my head. But the best thing is even if you pick the 10min human massage they still turn the massage chair on for you. So that was nice. And certainly the best option if your time is limited. read more

The pedicure here was fantastic! Jessica was great and took her time, it was honestly the best pedicure I've had for a while. A bit pricey but worth it for a relaxing experience on a long layover read more

I give this place 2 stars. I stopped by 4 different times during 4 different layovers at the airport during their business hours and it was closed 3 of those times. Stopped here to pass time while waiting for a delayed flight. Purchased a eyebrow wax and 20 min. chair massage Pros: Very friendly staff. I found them warm and welcoming. The person (I'm sorry I forgot his name) did my eyebrows seemed knowledgeable about skincare. The electronic massage chairs. You are allowed to use these for as long as you'd like after your service. I found this to be the best part of everything. These chairs are phenomenal, with more options than I've ever seen. Even heat, leg massage and zero gravity. I later learned you can pay for just this. That's what I will do next time. Cons: The chair massage was mediocre. I didn't find it very comfortable or relaxing, and when he started rubbing my head, I found it painful (pulled my hair). He also stumbled over my feet a couple times. read more
