Up until a few years ago, I had only good things to report about this place. That has changed! I…read morejust renewed my membership and had my second massage a few days ago. Unfortunately, I just received a strange call today informing me that they had decided to cancel my membership. Because I can no longer lay down on my back due to a medical condition, I lied down on each of my sides to receive a back massage. Apparently, the masseuse could not keep the blanket over me the whole time which, according to their policy, constitutes indecent exposure. That was the reason they gave me to explain their decision to cancel my membership. The least they could have done is initiate a conversation with me to inform me of their policy first and try to find an arrangement to accommodate me! This is terrible customer service! I will not recommend this place to anyone!

They're also very attentive to pressure and will adjust accordingly, which I really appreciate. I walk away feeling so much lighter every time. I usually get a combination of Thai and Swedish massage, which has been perfect for me. The space is clean, calm, and comfortable, and it's easy to find. Just note that it's on the second floor. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the massage. I've had such a great experience both times and highly recommend this place!

I agreed because I thought it would be a more controlled, therapeutic technique, but it ended up being extremely intense and made the experience uncomfortable. There was also a language barrier, which made it difficult to communicate that the pressure was too much or explain what I wanted. My husband also got a massage and felt that the pressure was a lot. This may be a good fit for someone who likes extremely deep, intense pressure, and I can't speak to their other types of massages, but I personally would not get the deep tissue massage here again.

I used to go in and mention what part of my neck/back is tight or whatev..now I know to just hush and let them do their thing, they know, they're pros. I have some shoulder pain that I've seen several doctors for, MRIs, X-rays, PRP shots, physical therapy... Sole therapy is the best treatment I've had, hands down. Just a tip, they ask soft, medium, or hard. Hard means hard..super deep tissue, its greatness. Jack is amazing. Anna is amazing. Lee is amazing. Best massages ever. PS- the hourly rate is great, plenty of room for a generous tip :) they're worth it. Thanks Sole Therapy!!!

Today the lady didn't understand "OUCH, that's really hard" I even started laughing and asked her to please stop using her elbows. It was painful for an hour straight. I even tipped her 30% because I felt bad that she's trying to do a good job. They need more training. I took pics of the bruises a week after. A big one near my neck has faded.

One therapist was ALL ATTITUDE another didnt communicate and it was super frustrating. As a retired LMT of 21 yrs I expected better customer service and better massages. The massage rooms are cold and when I commented to the therapist how cold I was she didnt offer to turn on a table warmer (if they even have them). Instead she put on a fan! It was definitely all about her comfort and nothing about the clients! This seems to be an ongoing issue with this place. Happy customers are returning customers and Im not a happy customer. My gift card is used up now so I won't be returning and do not recommend this place.
