Shop replaced clutch plates, but the next time I rode the bike the clutch went out completely. Had it towed and returned to the shop. They repaired it again, no charge. A week or so later I left for the Canada trip. Clutch went out on me AGAIN in Soledad, CA on day one of the trip. Cost a pretty penny to get it in and out of a shop in Gilroy the next day. Brian said he would reimburse me. Long story short, he never did and I had to sue him. Won the suit, now I have to collect the money. Based on his previous actions, I'm guessing I will have to collect the judgment via a Writ of Execution.

I was stranded just down the street from his shop and Fernando actually came over to where I was to take a look at the bike and help me out. He ended up testing the battery and found out it was completely bad and wouldn't take a charge. He got me set up with a new battery and also noticed my coolant was low and took care of that too. What I appreciated the most was how willing Fernando was to help. LandMotoX is a small local mom and pop type of shop and you can really tell Fernando cares about his customers and his work. I was already frustrated dealing with a practically new bike breaking down and he made the whole situation a lot easier. Really appreciate Fernando going out of his way to help me when he didn't have to. I'll definitely be coming back to LandMotoX whenever I need work done on my bike. Unfortunately, something went wrong during the install. After getting frustrated, I gave up and took it to another shop. They had it for two weeks, told me I needed new bottom cases (which didn't fix the original issue), gave it back to me in pieces, and still charged me a ridiculous amount -- now I had a fresh build and a new case, still not running. I trailered the bike over to Full Throttle just as they were about to close for the day. Manny still came outside, walked around the bike with me, and listened to everything I had to say. In just one week, they found the actual issue -- plus a few other small things that had been overlooked more than once by others. I felt so confident in Manny's diagnosis and work that I ordered even more parts for him to install while waiting for the main repair. Special shoutout to Michael at the front desk -- he went above and beyond helping me find every part I needed, and kept me in the loop the entire time. The communication and care were next level. These guys treat your bike the way you would treat it. If you care about your ride, this is the shop to take it to. Also, side note -- the apprentice they have is going to go far. You can see the focus and passion in his work.

Greg will blame you for how dirty it came in if you're not happy with a garbage wipe down. "I think a bird just shit on your bike right now." You see the problem with that is... why does the grime have towel marks running through it?! Hmm- just subpar work. Almost forgot the best part... it took an hour to get the bags off... if something that takes a normal person 5 mins takes a self proclaimed professional an hour, there maybe be a problem here. Some advice- don't treat your customer like you know everything. Some of us are smarter than you think. This guys attitude sucks the most. One and done for me. Bring back Mike!

Throughout the whole process, Jason was super communicative, giving updates, setting expectations, and when work was completed, exceeding them! He helped me with a whole engine swap on a Zx14, was thorough and took care of a couple other underlying issues i was unaware of, and help change out a few cosmetic parts. This wasnt jsut some shop where you were a dollar sign or another bike to work on...Jason actually cared and wanted to help.
