I lived down in San Diego but Kevin came down to San Diego (he works north cty mostly) -- I really appreciated it 'cause I need someone qualified & I was not doing the best job that figuring out my issue. We had a natural gas barbecue (nice one) & we redid our backyard -- I couldn't give the barbecue away (because it was nat gas) so I wanted to figure out how to get it back up and running with a new backyard that has a new gas line. The only problem was that the gas line that was installed and my backyard was a half inch line so I found I was wasting my time at Home Depot and whatnot (and I could not figure out how to re-hook the natural gas barbecue). He's also trying to help me at the same time hook up a natural gas heater for my patio set -- it's gonna run from that same natural gas line. He came down and in a relatively short amount of time he was able to get that barbecue up and running and by all of the necessary natural gas lines and couplets and fittings. It's taken me 4 months but now I have a workable barbecue (and soon a commercial heater so we can sit outside in the cold and be toasty warm ) again thanks to Kevin. He knows his stuff and is very fair on price--cool guy. read more

This is simply put, the finest service I have received in a long time. My Linx grill looks brand new. And I'm not talking about just the surface stuff looks pretty. I mean he brought the stainless metal in the interior back to brand new condition. Kevin REALLY knows what he talking about and doing. Told me exactly what I needed to do to get a few pieces replaced from Linx; even had them on speed dial. It's really refreshing to find someone that does what they say, is not just trying to upsell to something else, and really cares about the work and quality of what they do. And, he has the tools. Kevin is the guy you want to repair your grill. When I bought a new Weber Genesis grill, I didn't want to just junk my old Genesis. In spite of it's 23 years of age, the old grill still had a lot of life in it. My plan was to have it serviced to make sure it was in working order and safe to use so I could give it to my nephew, a burgeoning grill-master. During the inspection Kevin found a broken part that not only was no longer being used by Weber, it was no longer being manufactured. No problem for Kevin. After a trip to the hardware store, he was able to fashion a substitute that worked perfectly. I hadn't realized how much function my old Genesis had lost until Kevin got it working like new.
