We have a 38" built-in 5-burner BBQ that had a pretty nasty build-up of grease inside and out. I had scrubbed it a couple of times but it didn't put a dent in the mess. So, reached out to BBQ Solutions on the recommendation of a friend and scheduled for the next Monday. Brian came out around noon and began. He literally took the grill apart (hood, burners, grates, heat shields, etc.) and went after it. Degreasers, stainless solutions, angle grinders, etc. 3 hours later he completed the work and I was nearly speechless. The grill looked beautiful. Even the bottom of the grill was shiny again. Better yet, one of the burners that before his arrival would not light on its own...now it does! Put a request in for a quote via Yelp and heard back from Kevin at BBQ Solutions within ten minutes. Scheduling an appointment was very simple. He showed up on time to assess a gas leak on my NG grill. As it turns out, the leak was deep within the grill and he had to nearly take the entire grill head apart to get to the problem. It certainly did not look "easy" to me. In the end, the problem was fixed, all burners on the grill lit perfectly and his final invoice was the same as his original quote. Before I get into the service, I will say that every communication with Kevin from setting up the appointment, to determining what I needed, to getting "non salesy" advice was 100% fantastic.
