.My 17 year old Grand Turbo BBQ was starting to show it's age. We have it cleaned every couple of years. But this time it needed a regulator replaced as well as an igniter. I call Kevin at BBQ Solutions and set up an appointment for the following day. He not only arrived on time, but phoned ahead to let me know he was on his way. In less than an hour he was finished WOW! what a difference! It used to take 10-15 minutes to heat up to cooking temperature. I lite 2 burners last night and in 5 minutes to was 600 degrees! I have a built-in BBQ that suddenly started having flames come out of the side between the BBQ and the cement island, so that got my attention. A gentleman from BBQ Solutions came out to inspect and given when I learned from him, I decided that I wanted to simply get a new BBQ. They charged me $125 and spent about 30 minutes measuring and examinging the current install. I was told that I'd hear back shortly concerning what BBQs would fit in the space. Didn't hear back for a while, so I pinged them again. Then I got a quote for the install, what it would require, agreed to it, and they said they'd come out on a specific day and do the install. They came at a different time than we'd agreed upon which meant I was in the middle of a meeting. I'm not sure what all transpired, but I got another ring at the doorbell to tell me that the BBQ they'd brought simply could not work and that they would come back with one that would fit. Had a great experience having my 10-year-old Weber grill cleaned and repaired. The owner Kevin got right back to me when I requested a quote. When he arrived a few days later to do the work, the quote went down because I needed new grill bars and new "flavor enhancers" -- those tent-shaped metal things that protect the burners from dripping grease. Those two items normally require a lot of cleaning, which is why the price went down. So when Kevin was done cleaning everything else, and replacing the ignition switch, he texted me two links to the exact items I needed from his preferred after-market seller on Amazon. I had BBQ Solutions come do a deep clean and convert my 10 years old BBQ. I was very impressed with their work and knowledge. They had the parts needed, they did all the repairs and conversion needed and did an unbelievable cleaning job that took several hours and my BBQ now looks like new and ready to cook for me for another 10 years. My husband burned a plastic BBQ brush in the BBQ and then we had to use a fire extinguisher to put out the fire. Needless to say we had a variety of chemicals to clean up if we were to safely use the BBQ again. I sent a quote request via Yelp and Kevin was quick to respond.
