Food was fresh and the service was exceptionally good. The food came out really quick.

I don't like to review on service but this one I had to leave a review based on my experience. I know sometimes chicken can take time so I placed a phone order and was told to come pick it up on 30 minutes. So we walk in and checked in with the server she said our order was not ready so we sat inside the store. But yelp had texted me as soon as we sat down that our order was ready but the girl said the order that came out was not ours when I got up to show her my text. So we continued to wait 45 minutes for our food and at this point everyone who was there before and came in after us had left. I just couldn't wait any longer because I was ready to cancel if the order wasn't ready to leave and get something else. Turns out that the order that I saw that sat on top of the counter was OURS. She misread the order somehow and didn't give us our order and our food sat there for 45 minutes after I got up again to recheck with the server. I was so upset and definitely will not return to this place for our future chicken runs. Someone who was picking up delivery service order also had issues and one more group that was ahead of us. read more

The food is very good and they are super friendly and nice. The only down fall is it takes forever to get your food. I been here a few times already and it has always taken over 30 minutes to get my food from the time I ordered. If you're in a rush you should ask how long it will take to get your order. I will still continue ordering from here. I will try online next time see if that helps. read more

This used to be my favorite Korean fried chicken place until I tried out this location. On that day, i only had one meal which was the honey garlic chicken. (Since I was so busy studying for finals.) However, on one of the pieces, I found a couple of spotted worms that was cooked. I thought they were probably dead through being fried but I got food poisoning the next day. Perhaps they were dead, but the worms being there would entail a different story. Maybe the chicken they had was so old that worms started to eat it? I could not do anything and stayed in bed for almost 2 days and called the place about my experience. I was very upset since I had finals this week and could not study for two whole days. I was told I would get a call back from the manager since the manager was not there but never received one. The employee knew I was very sick when I called because they could not even hear my phone number properly when I recited it. I had to recite it a couple times. I restrained myself from posting this review since this might be a rare occurrence. But since the place has not called back, that speaks volumes. Also did not get my usual radishes read more

I ordered the food thru their app on 5/15 for my daughter to eat on the way to airport. But when I went to pick it up, their system cancelled my order randomly and so far not seeing any refund from them. They did not send out any cancellation sms or email and the result is my daughter hungry on the way to airport! Bad DoorDesh system and bad handling of customer satisfaction from store. They can improve in many places. read more

They didn't put napkins and radishes and I asked for it, they gave 3 of very small size even though I ordered 3 large(24pc/ea toral 72 pc). They always give me radishes in a large container when I order large. They said manager said " only give out 1 small container of radishes, it doesn't matter what size customer orders". Eating korean chicken without radishes, "NO LONGER KOREAN STYLE CHICKE. ", I am very very DISAPPOINTED. I do not want to go this place anymore read more

Amazing service and really good flavors. I love the included radishes with the meals.

Very mediocre! Small portions. Ordered take out from this place. Got a chicken bowl with rice. First off, the bowl is very small. Second when I started eating I noticed it was all fried batter with very little chicken. And the flavor was way too salty and spicy and lacking any other flavor. Rice was super salty too. Don't think I'll be returning for the food. read more

Love the food and order ahead of time . Honey garlic boneless is our favorite ! And kim. Chee fried rice

Food was good but it took way too long, was told 20-25 mins ended up taking 40 mins, not sure why they only have one girl working on a Tuesday night during dinner rush. They need more staff to help with taking orders because it seemed to slow her down when she kept answering the phone and kept coming out when someone rang the bell. I do love the food but they always seem to be too busy and not have enough employees working read more

Service and their response is horrible, no training or common sense as to basic customer service. Mistakes happen, no big deal. Messed up an order, you just acknowledge it, own it and offer to make it right, especially if I order togo, drive home and have to drive back and takes over an 1 hr 30 for this whole process. It isn't the customer fault. 4 wings and drumsticks isn't a whole chicken? Even after staff sees this, still insist it's a whole chicken. Not sure what kind of chicken you've encountered with 4 wings and no breasts? not properly training and letting these employees run the shop. Treat customers how you wish to be treated, it's not rocket science. Doesn't take a genius to see when an employee doesn't acknowledge the issue and could care less. read more

bb.q Chicken Walnut - Yes, it's a lot of chicken. But it's not a whole chicken I ordered. It's a full order of wings and drumsticks. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Walnut, California

The fried chicken here is honestly delicious -- crispy, flavorful, and exactly the kind I enjoy. I keep coming back because of the quality of the food. However, the service really needs improvement. It often feels like the staff are either overwhelmed or lack the patience to serve properly. Several times I've come to pick up food and found missing utensils, and even straws were not included -- despite ordering a Coke. I hope the management can look into this and make some changes, because the food truly deserves better service to match. read more

It's a great Korean bbq restaurant. I was in the neighborhood and I found it accidentally. I decided to give it a try. I ordered: - Half & Half boneless chicken Half golden and Half secret not spicy - french fries - cole slow The service was a little bit slow because the restaurant was very busy. Customers mostly ordered by phone, stopped by to place an order to go. The restaurant is small in size, it has a couple of table inside as well as outside. The parking lot is huge, there was no problem to find a spot. It's really a great restaurant. I cannot wait to go and try More of their chicken. read more

Not bad Korean fried chicken for what it is. This location is in Walnut inside the Village plaza next to Natures Juice and Cold Stones. Tons of parking and cozy vibes. Service was average like most places. Walked in to no front employee so had to ring the bell for attention. Honestly.. i think it's dangerous not having someone at the front of the store. Anyone can walk in, steal something, trash the place, anything. Maybe they have LIVE cameras in the back, who knows. I just think there should always be someone at the front counter but that's just me. Ordered pickup thru DoorDash and got my order quick. The Honey Garlic had great flavor and it's probably their best seller. Their Golden Original, I think that's the name, was also good too. A tad bit dry since there's no flavor really, but the cold 무 always helps wash it down. The french fries and sweet potato fries are worth the value imo. The quantity for that price plus it's been crunchy every time I order makes me enjoy the meal. Worth it. Overall: 7.5/10 Definitely will order this place more if I'm not feeling Popeyes or even Pelicana Chicken. Korean style fried chicken really is something and I think BBQ Chicken is properly valued for what they provide. Try it out! read more

The chicken wings was something new to me, tasty and tangy. I had the 8 piece garlic soy. Very impressive!

Food here pricy but worth it in my opinion. A lot of great flavors (cheesling buldak is goated please don't discontinue it), and people are nice. I always order ahead for pickup, but then eat there and they always serve me water with ice. Overall W food and W location. read more

My wife and I had our first time eating here tonight and let me tell you only one word can describe the food. Wow. We love Korean food but who knew we would have something so tasty so nearby us. This place needs to be held on a pedestal because the service was also so good for being mostly a takeout spot. The nice lady we had take our order was so kind and appreciative but we didnt get to catch her name unfortunately. We will definitely be stopping by again soon. read more

Love this chicken! Takes a while to get your order and its a bit pricey but tastes sooo good.

Best Korean fried chicken in this area! IFKYK Prices are a bit high, but for the quality it's justified.

Service and food were excellent. Kudos to the cashier and the chef. Will definitely be visiting again

My sister went all out for my kid's birthday. I requested bb.q and she got me 6 different kinds of chicken. She said the peppery Gangnam chicken is her fave. She also got regular, honey glaze, etc. One has mala spice but I didn't try it. I tried mala flavors twice in hot pot etc and decided it's not for me. I think my husband liked it. It was spicy for him so I knew I couldn't handle it. He would also put the pickled daikon in the cup of rice you would get for each chicken order and eat it afterwards. Just to get rid of the oiliness from the chicken It's actually not very oily but the daikon definitely balances out any greasy food you eat. Refreshing. read more
