I came to check them out as I heard good things about their party trays. I ordered the food to go and when I arrived home it was still hot as fresh. It was good but I only ordered the fried items because those looked the best in the display case, I also got the chicken wings which was made to order and the orange chicken. The wings were good. The orange chicken had good flavor but there was a lot of batter. I went in around 5pm and the premade items looked like it's been sitting out for a while, sparse in the pan, some items were discolored and didn't look appetizing so l didn't try them. I used to come here as a kid, and now I remember why I haven't been back in over 20 years. The woman serving the food was extremely rude, and the food itself was terrible. Everything seemed old and poorly prepared. The barbecue chicken was flavorless and didn't even have the look or color of barbecue. The orange chicken was hard, and the noodles tasted stale. Underwhelming food and subpar customer service (I live around the corner and only went bc they accept Apple Pay) 1) multiple times I come in, the male worker is so hyper focused on his phone, he doesn't realize I walked up to the counter 2) chow mein is Panda Express quality (not a compliment). It's dry and lacking color 3) basic sides like bbq pork and egg rolls aren't ready so I have to find substitutes 4) they are stingy with a single hot sauce pack that u have to ask multiple times to get one. I'm more than happy to pay for the additional sauce but asking three times for no charge is insane. Arrived at this restaurant at 11:30am had sometime to kill before my appointment. Amble amount of seating, clean and pleasant atmosphere. The food was set is large pans and you select the items you wanted. I ordered their deep fried chicken and their house chow menu. They were down to 1 wing so they had to make a fresh batch, thought it may be a great selection. Interesting I stayed for at least 2 hrs and noticed not any seated dine in customers. A customer was seated and eating his food and he promptly got up and ask the lady behind the counter to cut his pork chops which he was already eating off! I've been here a handful of times and have always ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl w/ fried noodles. We like how they don't chop the chicken until you order so it's juicy and not dried up pieces when you order. They use "fresh" noodles for their fried noodles, and not dried noodles, which is a rarity. The teriyaki bowl is a special they have on their window. We have not had the chance to try other dishes, but according to other reviews, we should try the chicken wings! We will make sure to order them in the future when we visit again. I was craving Chinese food but didn't want to go to Panda Express. So I decided to try China Blossom. They've been in business for 26 years, so it's safe to assume they're doing everything correctly. The young Asian-male is friendly and helpful. They have all of the typical Chinese food items, but I only ordered two items, which included fried rice, chow mein, kung pao chicken, and b.b.q. pork. So after my mistake at be bee tea and desserts thinking there was food, I yelped and saw this place in the same plaza. It's directly across of CVS. Walked inside around 3p.m and it was completely empty. The waiter greeted me and I ended up ordering Combo #1. (Which is a main & 1 side). I opted for the half fried rice and half chow mein along with the side being orange chicken. I'm usually not a person that likes ordering Chinese fast food take out but I kinda had no choice since it was almost time for class. The downside is that it's CASH ONLY. But the waiter was very friendly. They do have a restroom so that's always a plus. Food wise; I thought the orange chicken was pretty good. The fried rice and chow mein have been better though.
