There isn't anything Chinese in terms of flavor as it's meant to taste like an American fast food place, but the price seems better than most fast food places these days. Just look at its 3 for $10 menu where most of the items are slightly under or slightly above $10. Best deal is its 3 regular chicken sandwiches for $10 deal. Menu is very similar to Chick-Fil-A. Everything is chicken based with either fried or grilled chicken as an option for its sandwiches and wraps. My family and I ordered its regular fried chicken sandwich, grilled chicken club, spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, tempura chicken nuggets, and waffle fries. Total was $23 after tax. Now that's a great deal. Food took a while to make as everything is made to order, but everything tasted pretty good. My favorite was the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. Had pretty good texture and wasn't too spicy. The grilled chicken sandwich was quite tender but also stringy, as if the muscles on the chicken had split. Only main complaint is lack of free sauce offerings. Other than ketchup, this place doesn't offer any additional sauces without a fee. I think it's $0.39 per sauce. I don't mind paying for extra sauces but I think it should at least offer one of its signature sauce for free. This one special trick - normies hate it! - pretty much ensures that Wallace Chicken gets to clown on basically almost all domestic fried chicken sandwich places. Not to mention that the vegetables come out nice in the sandwich (nothing too soggy) and the sauce is creamy but not overly decadent (I'm looking at you Raisin Canes). NEVER FORGET WHAT THEY TOOK FROM YOU. As good as this place is, I'll always mourn XLB Dumpling Bar's cheeseburger bao and pizza dumplings, but alas, such is the cruelty of the passage of time. Came during their soft opening and took advantage of their 3 for $10 chicken sandwich deal which you currently CANNOT beat and their chicken sandwiches are pretty good. Nicely crispy breading on the outside and moist chicken on the inside. I came again very recently and they still have this deal! Comes with pickles and their mayo sauce and piping hot as well. Might be a staple in the future. I also got their bucket of chicken nuggets, tempura cauliflower, and tempura green beans, all of which are just okay in comparison to the chicken sandwich. Breading slipped off the veggies easily and the chicken nuggets were just standard chicken nuggets, so their shining star will always be their chicken sandwich to me. Interior is modern and nice looking. Parking can get rough since so many gymcels are out and about and there's lots of eateries in the plaza too, so just keep that in mind or order ahead for pick up. read more
