$90 worth of food

Horrible customer service! We order from this particular place a lot. Often times, our order is over $100. We stopped by here after a long drive from TN. Because we were not sure of our ETA, we decided to order to-go. When we got there, we were so exhausted from the drive that we asked if we could eat our food inside the restaurant, where there were only 2 people dining inside today, 1/6/2026 at 2:35pm. The front desk person gave us our order and told us we could not dine in because we ordered "to go". Now, they already added a 10% tip and I was going to add more tip had we been allowed to dine in. But they didn't even allow us to eat the food we already bought when the place was not even full. Not returning here again!

We came around 5:30pm and we're seated right away. The waitress was nice and friendly. We ordered a sweet potato fries, fried dumplings, small spicy original wings, small secret sauce wings, small honey garlic wings, and small soy garlic boneless. It took a few minutes for food to come to our table. There were a few tables and was clean inside. The sweet potato fries and fried dumplings were both good. The soy garlic boneless was good and the texture was a good balance of soft but crunchy. Everything tasted good to me. Overall, good place for some chicken and we'll be back next time we're in town.

Loved the ambience. Delighted to find out about another (partially) Halal Korean chicken spot in the Triangle area. Service was great & pretty much everything we ordered was yummy, except for golden chicken though, which was just OK. Hope they can expand their halal menu items, as I would be eager to try out their wings (read a lot of awesome reviews for those ).

I love BB.Q Chicken! I know it's a franchise but this is hands down the best location I've been to. Their wings are lightly battered, extra crispy, and the chicken is always so juicy. The rose tteokbokki is really good too. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the restaurant itself is spacious and very clean. Highly recommend if you love KFC.

I tried their rice cake and sausage skewers for the first time, and it was quite tasty! The mala wings are by far my fave even tho they're not technically Korean. So happy the last time I went. Our waiter Liam was very polite and attentive as well. The ambiance is the same, just noticed a few tables were slow to be cleaned up.

Amazing Korean Wings! Everytime we go here at Durham we make a trip and dine here! The wait time and service is fast and clean place. Definitely this place is on point!

This was my first time trying Korean fried chicken and it did not disappoint. There are so many flavor options to choose from. The crunch is amazing and the chicken was so tender and juicy. Honestly some of the best chicken I've had in general. The fries were also really yummy. All the portions were huge. Even though we got the small we took most of it home for later. They weren't too busy and had lots of seating. The booths looked like they were only for larger groups. Our server was super kind. Will definitely be back!

His place is in the Bradford shopping area, kind of by the public off of Davis near High House. It is a very spacious place with plenty of tables, not super packed that day, though, even though they have a bar and 3 TVs, right before football on Sunday. Plenty of booths or tables for larger parties. I feel however that they are pricing themselves out of the crowds that may make this place a success. It is expensive for wings. 8 wings are generally 16 bucks, and 16 wings are around 30 dollars. It would be nice if they had game day specials of dollar wings or so, to get people in to taste the crispy wings. This is a problem, however, unless the 25-minute wait time is because we came in early. Also, having a traditional buffalo sauce would satisfy those strict flavor addicts of the sauce, but I digress, not my business. The wings were good, but I would not call their "hot" very hot, more medium. We got the 8 of the Spicy Original (3 flames), the Galbi Hot (2 flames), the Wings of Fire (4 flames), the boneless Soy Garlic, and the boneless Caribbean Spice (1 flame), Fries. - Spicy Original -- Good flavor, no sauce, spice in the batter. Was medium to me, so I go some of the wings of fire sauce to dip in.. this is what I would recommend for most of their sticky wings, because they do not save and are very messy. - Galbi Hot -- Not very hot, and a funky flavor to me and the fam. Again sauce on the side maybe better - Wings of fire -- More like a slow burn at other places. very sticky, and kind of hot, but not mouth burning... sauce on side way to go.. - Soy Garlic -- Decent flavor, crispy - Caribbean Spice -- not spicy, ok flavor, not too messy. - Fries -- It is very hard to get good fries in this area, but these were nice and hot and crispy. Perfect. All in all, we unfortunately decided at that price, we would not go back anytime soon. The wings were decent, but not 114 bucks for a family of 5 decent. Wish them luck, but will be following them for specials, if they go that way.

If only the food matched the great service. Not sure what it was, but the aftertaste of the chicken was less than desirable. Disappointing.

The garlic parmesan rub left a pool of garlic in the tray that was an oily mess. The boneless fritters themselves had a strong outer fried shell. Took a bit to dig a fork into. But once you got in, the chicken was an oily mess, there was just a pool of oil inside each bite. I would say my stomach on average is pretty strong and can handle a good amount, but these boneless fritters took me out and I had stomach pain the next day. Would stay away from these and just order normal wings or something else on the menu.

She was hungry, I was smart enough to know better than to go straight home -- so, impromptu Friday night date! We've driven past Woody's Sports Tavern in Morrisville probably 100 times and never stopped. Big mistake. TL;DR -- we should have gone sooner. Parking was easy (though that lot does get crowded later). We got seated right away and met our server, Sierra. We told her it was our first time, and she lit up -- shocked we hadn't been before, excited to give recommendations, and genuinely fun to chat with. Always nice when you can tell someone actually likes where they work. Food rundown: I went Patty Melt with fries, my partner went South Beach wrap with tots. Both were solid, and ironically we each liked the other's sides better... so, swapsies. Service was fast, portions were big (half of mine came home with me), and the price/value was right on point. Overall? Good vibes, hearty food, great server. Definitely glad we finally stopped in -- and we'll be back.

The restaurant is open with good lighting, and with friendly service so we definitely are able to spend a few hours here. While the trivia and the rewards that come with it are enticing, I would likely find myself at other establishments. Brixx is well known for their pizza which they bake in their wood fired pizza ovens, which you can definitely see from most tables in the restaurant. Their menu is majority appetizers and pizzas with a few other exceptions. I would say that the pizzas are decent, good char on the crust and fine ingredients. I would also say that you can definitely find better pizzas are local mom and pop type shops, but these are fine! I'm not a big pizza guy (and I know for a fact that it would take 2 pizzas in order to be full, expensive!) so my eyes tend to drift to the pasta section. There are 4 different types of pasta on the menu, 3 of which use cream sauces. I've had their alfredo and I really enjoy that, but sometimes I end up paying the price for the amount of cream in the sauce hours later. On the safe side, I'll order their baked Pomodoro pasta. Don't be fooled, Pomodoro is just tomato sauce. The Pomodoro pasta is a bit of an underwhelming dish, and for over 16 dollars, I was paying for mediocre pasta and a stomach that was still hungry. I mentioned appetizers being a majority of the menu, and those have some highs and lows. Their wings have been good, with flavor that shines with every bite and excellent seasoning. The sweet and spicy meatballs had a great sauce, though the meat itself could have used some seasoning. Their salads look nice and are big enough to share, but can either look fresh and vibrant or a bit wilty. My dad said that he couldn't eat the pears in his salad because they seemed old. I guess with the appetizers it's a game of roulette! Despite some average food, we always have a fun time at Brixx on trivia night. I think the laughs and the critical thinking covers for the quality, but sometimes it's just great to be with great people who want to win just as much as you.

My go-to is the Spicy Garlic, which has fantastic flavor, bold, savory, and just the right level of heat without overpowering the chicken itself. The sauce clings perfectly to the crispy exterior while the inside stays tender and juicy. It's the kind of place you go back to again and again because it's reliable.
