BEST CHINESE FOOD EVER!!! My family has been going since 2004 and we know their family. Service is swift and my food arrives quickly. THe music is quiet and serene while they provide chili oil and soy sauce on the side. Price is very good and anyone who puts lower than 4 stars you might be writing a review for the wrong restaurant!

N1. Lo Mein with beef (takeout/delivery, Oct 2024).
Chip R.

Bottom line: C&T Wok consistently comes through with delicious and satisfying delivery Chinese food for me. Good portions for delivery selections. Highlights have been Crab Rangoon, Lo Mein with Beef, Broccoli with Chicken, Steamed Dumplings, and their Vegetable Rolls. The Deets: It's been quite a long time since I have been to C&T Wok itself in person but it is firmly in my delivery food rotation. I think it is a solid choice for local Chinese food and the dishes I've ordered from here always satisfy being hot and delicious with good portion (being just right down the road helps). I've had such selections from here including their Crab Rangoon and Lo Mein with Beef, both of which I find great choices. However my usual go-to choices lately include Broccoli with Chicken and their Steamed Dumplings. All those meals I have mentioned always are very flavorful and satisfying, more so than most Chinese delivery choices I try that can be bland or very predictable. In fact, the Steamed Dumplings are so distinctive and delicious that you do not need any sauce to enjoy them (but it can help if you like it, of course!). I also recommend their Vegetable Rolls as well. I tend to depend on C&T Wok for good delivery Chinese food and will continue to go to them when that hankering hits me.

D1. General Tso's Chicken! IG: @betterwithju

If you've not been to C&T Wok, you're missing out. They have what my partner and I consider the best general Tso's chicken. Other favorites include coffee chicken, boiler fish filet in spicy Szechuan sauce, and string beans. I'd say you want to go family style and share a bunch of dishes with a group. Their space is on the smaller end and feels intimate and cozy! The service is friendly and attentive (which I guess makes sense considering how small it is). Can't wait until my next visit!!

Lunch

Ok, especially for $8.95 lunches. Didn't live the pad Thai. It was very sweet sauce and too much. Yellow curry was pretty good... a little spicier than usual. No gluten free soy sauce so not much gf choices.

1. Chong Qing Spicy Chicken
Kellie C.

Solid Chinese food considering the area. There's not all too many great Chinese restaurants in Morrisville. There's Chong Qing spicy chicken is very tasty but it was a little over cooked in my opinion which made it on the drier side but nonetheless still very addicting. The roast beef lunch special noodle was decent. The roast beef was tough but the flavor was good. Good value. The staff were really nice and friendly. I think people do takeout more than dine in here.

This dish is very tasty. The Brocoli is crunchy chicken is delicious. Service is great Ambience in compact

LC2. Sesame Chicken Lunch Special
Ashley F.

Ordered a quick takeout for lunch. The portion side was large and tasty. I also ordered a side of soup and a spring roll. The soup was a large size as well. They let me order white meat chicken at a small extra cost so I appreciated that. The sesame chicken tasted like it normally does but I don't recall the sauce being a bright red sauce. Just in case that throws anyone off like it did me. When I went to the restaurant I noticed how small it was but it is nice. But just be warned they only have a few tables and it was super busy during lunch. My order was takeout but my service was friendly and fast. I will probably order take out again.

Simply put, everything we ordered was a home run. The soup - Wonton - was splendid. The broth had far more kick, far more substance, far more taste than the stuff we've managed to get at other local restaurants - and more clearly matched what I've eaten in Chinese restaurants throughout Southeast Asia . . . and, of course, in my few trips to Beijing. The egg rolls immediately made me think of this little hole-in-the-wall take-out Chinese joint in Brooklyn that I recall . . . from fifty years ago. The place was situated on the corner of Bay Parkway and 86th street, right at the point where the elevated track for the B train was located - and immediately became my father's first stop as he descended the station's stairs at the end of his workday, leading right to the front door of that cookery. He always ordered an egg roll or two, ate one standing in the entryway to the cook shop, and brought several home. Those Szechuan Garden egg rolls immediately, for me, resonated with the vigorous, deep taste of those Brooklyn delectables. We had a simple fish dinner with white rice, and an eggplant cooked deeply and wrapped in a thin dough covering - never had eggplant that way before and it was, again, a home run. The fish was so very simple, so very tasty - unforgettable. Thankfully, we have enough leftovers to make for another great meal today. We now have a new favorite restaurant near our home in Durham.

Food was impeccable. I'll be back!…read more On a Saturday night around 8pm, I ordered a bunch of food for about 20 people as an impromptu post graduation dinner at my house. We were ravenous, but had an intense Chinese food craving, so we ordered Chengdu 7 food from Uber Eats. Food did not disappoint! We ordered sesame chicken, chef special fried rice, chicken fried rice, Mongolian beef*, shrimp fried rice, and everything was delicious! Fan favorites were the Mongolian beef and chicken fried rice, but honestly EVERYTHING was good. And you can tell a lot from a place by how they package your food: food was delivered in tightly seeled packs and labeled! It sounds minor, but is so helpful when you're feed 2 dozen hungry people. All in all, Chengdu 7 you truly made me a fan of you. I will most certainly be returning for more!

We enjoyed so many different dishes - hot and sour soup, scallion pancakes, egg rolls, hand pulled noodles with beef, kung Pao chicken, cumin beef, beef with vegetables, crag rangoon, and pork dumplings. Every dish was wonderful. And for anyone who has not tried the hand pulled noodles here you really must try them - they are a highlight of a meal - incredibly delicious with a wonderful texture. The flow of food to our table was great, not too fast or rushed and not too slow. Our waitress was wonderful and ensured that our group had everything that we needed to enjoy our meal. Will I be back again - Absolutely!! Everyone in our group agrees that this is the best Chinese food anywhere! I will caution some seeing this review that unlike many other Asian restaurants, if you order a Hot and spicy dish here it will indeed be very hot. I consider that to be good because I enjoy hot spicy food, but for those who cannot handle hot food stick with the milder dishes.

Since they opened another location in Durham, the wait has decreased significantly. Food: I order the yin/yang broth: one medium spiced tallo which is the traditional broth and the other either just bone broth until they came out with new organic mushroom broth! It is so good. You can order many different type of meat, seafood and veggies. I order prime thin beef, pork belly, quail eggs , wide noodles as standard and add others depending on mood. Shrimp and beef paste is a must. You can also order combination that includes appetizers, meat, veggie plates. There's sauce bar you can make your own sauce according to your preference. It was easily enough for two people, maybe even three, and we came with a hearty appetite. We chose the bone broth, loaded up on fresh vegetables, and ordered the incredible sweet rice cakes, which are deep fried, dusted with brown sugar, and served with a rich brown sugar dipping sauce. We also tried the marinated beef and grilled chicken, both of which were tender and flavorful. The menu explains the spice levels really clearly, and there is a full sauce bar where you can mix your own dipping sauce, so whether you like mild or super spicy, it is completely up to you. We went around 4 PM, and there were already four or five other parties. By the time we were finishing up, it was getting really busy, so if you prefer a quieter experience, it is probably best to come earlier. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is attentive, and this place is perfect for a date night or a fun group dinner. We highly recommend Szechuan Mansion Hotpot.

We started with the salt and pepper calamari which had a great balance of mala spice. It was delicious and set high expectations for the rest of the meal. We mainly came for the Peking duck which was honestly just ok, especially considering the price. I thought it'd come with more meat, most of the duck was skin which also seemed to be sweeter? than usual. We also got the century egg Napa cabbage which seemed very overpriced and under flavored. Our waitress mentioned it was a new item, so it may be refined in the future. Giving 4 stars for the experience. Missed our waitress' name, but she was great and made the experience even better. I think this place is worth trying again, but probably for another special occasion to justify the price range!

Parking was easy, we waited a bit outside even though we had a reservation, but that's ok- they're popular! We were definitely seated within 15 minutes of arriving, and the server came outside well before that with the iPad to explain how everything worked. We were all new to the experience! We opted for a Louisiana style broth that was flavorful and creamy, and a beef broth which was a little bit spicy (other reviews warned about the spice levels, so I was prepared!). We could have gotten up to four broths, but I'm glad we stuck to two- any more would have been overwhelming and as it was I had trouble deciding what meat and veg to dunk in which broth. We selected a bunch of veggie, meat and noodles, and were still passing the iPad around as we were led to our table. There are two "levels," a $28 per person and a $40 per person. I believe the $40 per person came with a nicer cut of steak and more seafood options, as well as drinks like Boba. At the end of our meal I asked our group if anyone would have done anything differently as far as our experience and everyone said they would have gone for the $40 option so we could have had scallops! For the first time, I found the $28 option great because we were just getting the hang of it. I will say the sauce bar was highly spoken of in other reviews, so I eagerly got some, but hardly used it at all because the broth was so delicious on its own! Some of my favorite items were steak (I'd pass on the chicken next time), bok choy (we ordered more of this!) and mushrooms. Also we tried the glass noodles, udon and hand pulled and they were all delicious and fun to eat- I can't pick a favorite of those! Oh, and the spring rolls were a great starter. Some folks in our group enjoyed the spam and some other items, and it didn't feel too difficult to stay away from those bits if others of us were not interested. I'm only taking off a star because the "system went down" and the iPad stopped working for everyone in the restaurant. So although it is technically all you can eat, we had trouble ordering more. Since it was our first time, we couldn't remember everything in the menu to request more, and we didn't want to over order at the beginning so we probably went a little light. Thus, I didn't leave feeling as full as I would have liked. I think I saw others on Yelp mention delicious desserts, but we couldn't see them since the iPad wasn't working. They had a freezer case of ice cream but it looked like school cafeteria quality (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry) so we skipped it. Kind of a bummer way to end the meal. But I can't really fault them for having technical issues, although they could have had a backup paper menu to show us. In sum, I really enjoyed this meal and would go back in a heartbeat! Such a fun time, especially for a group.

Our meal started with a scallion pancake. It was very good, with just the right amount of scallion flavor but was a tiny bit too dense. Next we tried the pan-fried pork and celery dumplings. They were clearly just handmade, steamed, then finished off with a light panfry. I've never had this particular variety of dumpling before and these were delightful. The accompanying dipping sauce had a bit too much vinegar in it for my taste. Highly recommended. We shared the minced pork and eggplant for an entree. Wow! This was fantastic. The Japanese eggplant was very tender and the finely minced pork perfectly complimented the eggplant. We will definitely order this again. Adding steamed rice to this entree incurs a $1.95 up charge which seems like gouging on a $16.95 dish. Service was friendly and helpful, but not especially attentive or detail oriented. I got the impression that the restauranteurs in charge were highly experienced and showed a level of finesse that most similar restaurants in the area just aren't capable of.
