Anthony is one of the most shady unprofessional sub contractors I have met. He came out to our house to take a look at our kitchen remodel. Then shot back a quote of $9500. I didn't bring up the fact that his website advertises $5.00 a sq ft. If you are hoping to get $5.00 a sq ft, know that price is a bait and switch on Anthonys part. I immediately declined the quote. Anthony within minutes sends another quote asking "is this better" at $7500. He drops his price by $2000 in minutes. Which some might think is shady or generous. I gave him to benefit of the doubt and said I might be able to work with that price, but there were a lot of unknowns in his quote that could make the price go through the roof and because of that I couldn't go with him. After we moved on with our project and some of scope of work changed I decided to have him out once more to give his take and quote. The amount of sq ft would decrease, but the hours of work would stay the same essentially. I asked Anthony about him installing the ditra heat membrane. He looked at me like I was speaking a different language. He had never heard of ditra heat membrane, he as a tile installer, never heard of the most widely used anti fracture membrane for the tile. That setoff a huge red flag. Then I asked how he would address an elevation change in the entry way, and he wanted to grind down the crown in one spot. When I spoke with three other tile experts all three, independently of one other, said they would not grind anything down and they would just form deck mud around the crown and level the entry way by hand. The other tile installers were very familiar with ditra and the process of installing it. When I asked Anthony for a quote he wouldn't give one. Which is fine, but then just say that. He kept leading me on "Ill get it to you today, I need to work on it". After several text messages the quote was basically in the texts, but he wouldn't put it on anything official, and kept going back and forth on costs of things. Then he stated that even though my sq ft was 471 sq ft, he was going to charge me 15 percent more for "waste". I am supplying all the tile and materials. I have heard of tile installers charging 15 percent for waste when they are supplying the materials, mostly the tile. But not tile installers saying hey you have 471 sq ft, yeah thats really 542 sq ft. Thats insane. I tried to understand what in the world this guy was talking about to see if this was an autocorrect error or miscommunication because Anthony is really prone to both, a lot! After trying to understand the pricing and the non official quote that he was being shady about actually putting down on paper I decided he was not someone to do business with and informed him I would be telling the yelp community as such. In further research I found out that Anthony has an expired California state license, and is breaking California state law by contracting for work. License # 1005048, and to make matters worse, Anthony isn't even the actual license holder. He is just an officer under the corporation.

We had MSI Trecento XL Carrara Avell flooring installed throughout our home, and the finished flooring is absolutely beautiful. It has transformed our home, the new baseboards look great, and we are very happy with the overall result. The installation did take considerably longer than expected due to scheduling delays, the extensive floor preparation that was needed, and later an unexpected shortage of flooring material. The amount of dust generated during the work also made it necessary for us to stay in a hotel for 11 nights. What I especially appreciated was how Rudy handled the difficulties. He remained professional, listened to our concerns, apologized for the problems we experienced, and worked with us on compensation that covered much of our hotel expense. That willingness to listen and work toward a fair resolution made a big difference to us. Our advice to anyone planning a large flooring project would be to discuss scheduling, crew availability, dust containment, and material planning in detail beforehand. Renovations can have unexpected complications, but ultimately what matters is both the quality of the finished work and how a company responds when problems arise. We love our new floors and are very happy with how beautiful our home looks now.

The first was about ten years ago for another portion of our house, and once again they did an outstanding job. They were helpful in selecting a flooring pattern that matched our previously installed floors, and the estimating and scheduling process was straightforward and easy. The installation crew paid close attention to detail, and you can tell from the work around corners, transitions, and trim that they take pride in their craftsmanship and quality. We also appreciated how transparent they were regarding areas where our subfloor was uneven (which we knew would be a problem going into the job). They assessed the condition, explained the available options, and then corrected the subfloor so the planks could be installed the right way. Having a section of our hallway flat when it's been uneven for years has been a great bonus. It's reassuring to know a company like this exists in Concord. Fleury's is the only place I would use for flooring in the future.

Fast forward to present day and time to replace 30yr old original carpeting upstairs. Because our prior experience with Fleury's went so well, naturally we returned to them for phase 2. I started with Chris at the store to present the project and he made suggestions for makers and brands to best match the Brazilian Cherry we had downstairs. Patrick was up next with onsite inspection, measurements, and bringing over samples. A complementary (and upgraded) product was chosen and install timeline was set. Javier and Kiko were next on the scene and took only 5 days to demo carpet, prep and level subfloor, and install flooring and baseboards in 4 bedrooms and a hallway. Patrick came by a couple times to check on progress and made a great suggestion to add additional underlayment. That - combined with their tried and proven method of gluing and nailing down the floor - made for the most solid-feeling hardware floor installation I've ever encountered. I'm a pretty picky customer, so when I tell you their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and finish skills are top notch - believe it. Prices and labor these days are pretty much standard all around. But if you receive this level of workmanship and flawless results, you sleep better knowing you made the right decision. Can't say enough about my experience with Fleury's. 10/10

After they provided our quote, they worked with us to find the best type of floor for our family and was open to our ideas on how to keep the cost within our budget. David, the installer we worked with was efficient and experienced. We really felt like he worked on this job as if it was his own. He took extra care when moving our furniture and appliances; he also covered all of our cabinets and photos when he knew things might get dusty. When David saw problems related to his install, he communicated right away and we were always in the loop when solving any issues. When our project was finished, Just Floor It! was still open to answering any questions we had and offered to come back if we found any problems with our new floor. I would highly recommend this company if you're thinking of redoing your floors!

We experienced some needed changes during the refinishing of our entire house. Certain areas that are too stained to match everything (requiring replacing those boards or choosing a darker stain if you prefer), we believed we had hardwood flooring under the kitchen laminate and it turns out we did not. Each step of the way, Ruben would calmly lay out our options, and quickly show us the cost of each option. It was a very large project. They replaced all of our base boards and door trims throughout the house as well as refinishing floors throughout the entire house. We stayed in a hotel during the work and Ruben gave consistent updates so that we had a good guess of which day we move back into the house and plan accordingly for that. I would describe Ruben's approach as "high-touch". Answers questions via text, always happy to stop by just to drop off samples of colors or materials. I really appreciated this. This is a licensed and insured local business with a stellar reputation which is why we went with them. I'm so happy we did. If you're thinking about any home project that fall into this domain, I highly suggest you connect with Ruben so that he can help make recommendations and give you insight into variables and logistics. This year, I wanted to replace the carpet throughout the house with the same. After getting several bids, it was clear that CCH was the best price BY FAR. They even worked with me and the manufacturer to get extra discounts since I would need to redo the kitchen as well to match the latest LVP version. They finished the job (~1900 sqft) in just about 4 days and they even helped move many items including disassembling my master bed, at no additional cost! The team is super respectful, and the attention to detail (while not perfect) far exceeds what I would expect given their competitive price point. I am also really impressed with Mark's responsiveness over text, providing updates and responding to concerns - including after hours! His and his team's level of customer service, again, is really top tier. For example, when his team accidentally broke a couple of ethernet cables, he offered to deduct the cost from the bill right away. And at the end of the job, he encouraged me to compile a punch list of any issues that needed to be addressed in a return visit, which should happen very soon. Despite pretty much all of the work being finished - he has not asked for the 2nd half follow up payment yet - not until they complete the punch list at the followup visit. Really commendable company! I also love the music the install team plays during their work (they are also willing to turn it off if the customer needs it quite). So I was thrilled that they were willing to send me the youtube play list. Happy to recommend this company for your next flooring needs! I may even be trying them out for a bathroom remodeling project soon via their partnered remodeling company. Fingers crossed!
