They dropped my furniture and scraped up a bunch of it. Also scratched the hardwood floors. Had minors ( around 12 or so) moving because I guess he can't find help. They turned a 7 or 8 hour job into 12 hours because they took breaks every 5 minutes. Also pretty sure the oldest employee was high because he smelled like pot when we got to the new house. The owner Scott did nothing to help or even supervise, he just sat there. At the end of the move he did not apologize, or even offer some money off of the move. I will be reporting them to the labor board for having a "minor working" on a school day and for working over 12 hours. I'll also make sure to share this awful company every chance I get.

From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

David in the office told me what to expect when I booked and answered all my questions: it all went exactly as he said it would. I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. I can't say enough about how well they treated me - they were all true pros every step of the way. AHM handled each detail, and I ALWAYS knew what to expect and what it would cost in time and money. They were transparent with everything and took great care of me. I will happily hire them again whenever I need labor, junk removal, or moving services.

My experience was extremely disappointing. During my move, an accent chair that cost $1,874…read moredisappeared and was never delivered to my new home. I reported it to the lead mover the same evening I realized it was missing. He apologized and told me they must have forgotten it somewhere at my apartment complex. When I later obtained the building's surveillance footage, it showed one of the movers carrying my chair after it came off the elevator. The lead mover confirmed the person in the video was one of his employees. Despite this, the chair has never been recovered. I declined the additional valuation coverage because the lead mover assured me I didn't need it and told me they wouldn't damage my furniture during the move. I never imagined I needed coverage for a chair disappearing entirely while it was in the movers' possession. After reviewing the situation, the Operations Manager called me, apologized, and told me he agreed with me that the company was completely in the wrong for what happened. However, Vladimir, who is both the owner and the manager handling claims, has refused to take responsibility for losing my chair and has refused to compensate me for its value beyond offering $36. There were other issues during the move as well. The truck they sent wasn't large enough to complete our move, forcing us to leave boxes, plants, and other belongings behind to move ourselves. In addition, the movers smelled strongly of marijuana after arriving at our new home, which was very concerning. This entire experience has been stressful and incredibly disappointing. Losing an expensive piece of furniture is one thing, but the lack of accountability afterward has been even worse. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to think twice and carefully review the paperwork before trusting them with their belongings.

They didn't screw in any of the parts of the bedframe and just out a mattress on top of it to make it look like it was fully assembled. I reached out to them and they said they would stop by and take a look the following week and I never heard from them again. This was disappointing because they had been amazing all move. Worked hard, communicated well, never complained etc. But Im going to have to throw out a desk and reassemble furniture because they weren't careful

He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

At our rebuilt home they swiftly unloaded the trailer. We had written room names on the boxes. They worked on a blur moving each box to the rooms. The team was punctual, actually arrived 20 minutes early. The owner, Nathan, communicated well. Always replied to any text or call.
