The entire experience went really smoothly. Matt came to provide a quote and drop off the dumpster (great addition for getting ready for a move). Brandon, Jay and Bryan did the loading, driving and unloading. All 3 were personable and professional. They were on time, got finished in the projected time and got everything to my new home without any problems. Great team! read more

We moved from a 6 bedroom house into a three story small townhouse. The guys were amazing (Brandon, Cord, Joe, Deandre, Jackson, and Luis). Nothing but the best experience and the nicest crew ever. I hope I don't have to move again for a while but if I do I will only call Atlanta Moving Solutions. read more

They were attentive and professional in setting up the move; they quoted a fair price, and they stuck to the price they quoted us. We moved our 3BR house full of stuff from out of state into Atlanta... NOT an easy move, and the team of A.J. and Brandon (Prince), were very efficient with the work; careful with our stuff: and very courteous to be around. They made a difficult task seem easy. Highly recommend this company! read more

AMS is great for full moves as well as smaller "haul away" projects. They are very communicative, arrive on time, and are super careful with both your furniture and the walls. I highly recommend Atlanta Moving Solutions!! read more

My hubby and I had to downsize and move very quickly. Matt gave us a comprehensive and fair estimate. Then he sent the dream team! Brandon, Russell, Jeremiah and AJ are the best team of movers we've ever had! And that's quite a compliment because we're former military and have moved over a dozen times. When it's time to move again, this is the stellar team I'll choose! Thank you, team, for your hard work and diligence. You are appreciated! FIVE STARS! read more

This company is professional and customer focused! I needed the movers to move my possessions twice in 5 days which is very unusual but Jeff handled the request seamlessly. They provide my initial move to a location and came back to actually move everything from garage to house interior. Russell, who was on the 1st crew, James and Bryan showed up and completed the job in record time. Plus I love the way they keep you informed of arrival time, handle my possessions with care and no surprise billing. I highly recommend this moving compan! read more

Brian and Russell moved my mom's belongings to downsize, carefully took care of everything with a smile. Loaded up items to go to my home and carefully placed each item where needed. I cannot recommend these men more. 10/10 read more

The booking process was easy, simple and seamless. Each time I had contact with them, they were courteous and nice. Moving cross country isn't easy but they made sure they made it as seamless as possible. To guys that showed up - Russell and Bryan, THANK YOU! Everything made it safely to our destination. Nothing was broken. You get what you pay for and with this company - every single penny was WELL worth it. I'm referring everyone I know in the ATL area to look to you guys going forward. Thank you again to everyone assisted. read more

I so wanted to give these guys a great review. But considering they broke a floor mirror of mine that I liked very much and offered me $15 compensation for it and for the damage to my cherry furniture I have noticed since settling in, I cannot give them a five-star review. The positives are they were on time, professional, efficient, and friendly. Also, great pricing! But I am very disappointed at the damage that was done to my furniture. I still tipped them very well even with the broken mirror so after discovering this damage to my wood furniture, i am quite disappointed. read more

Mario, Dante and Antwan were awesome . 8 hours of moving on a hot day with heavy furniture. Nice guys and a great job.

We had the worst experience. We were booked for several weeks and put a lot of confidence into this company. This was such an important move in the middle of heavy grief. After my grandmothers death, We trusted them to move and empty my grandmothers home and move my mother in with me. One hour away. We were booked for a one day move. The team was ran by Clint. Clint was absolutely awful. I caught him going through my mother's medication, and I should have called the police at that time but after a lot of stress and sleep deprivation, I chose to deal with it at a later time. I moved the meds and kept my eye on him. Grant and Devin were very pleasant and polite. James was good. More of a leader but unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with him the NEXT day. Due to Clint's unprofessionalism the move was not completed the first day. (Clint was walking around telling us that his "balls" were chaffed.) The next day, James arrives as the team lead and I discover that Clint called off and didn't want to come back. He brought Jeremiah and Jacob with him - both polite. - James admitted to us that the move should have been completed the first day but wasn't due to Clint's incompetency. Him and Clint argued in front of us that the job could have been completed. The secind day things seemed to be so much better minus Clint but they were careless and i kept catching them load the truck without wrapping anything. Fast forward to after the second day and I call a supervisor since no one ever called me to follow up on the allegations. I spoke to a supervisor for 5 mins and he was rude and condescending and it was unbelievable. He even told me he no longer wanted to hear about "Clint's balls" and I told him I certainly never wanted to either! I have now been trying to call the company all week - left messages - says voicemail box is full. No return calls. They refunded me one days worth of the travel fee. I am leaving this review and then I have a long list of places I'm reporting this company to, disputing with my bank, and filing BBB reports. This place came highly recommended and I am just in complete disbelief at how much they let us down. My mother has been crying for days as she adds more and more damaged and broken family heirlooms to the pile. You all really let us down. Shame on all of you. read more

I wrote a review previously, that I am now replacing because my initial experience with these guys was less than stellar but they have since made up for it. I understand stuff happens, and everything can't be controlled, but you can do your best to fix it and that's what they did. To sum it up, I scheduled a move of my 2 bedroom apartment, and of 4 guys sent, only one of them would I hire back. The short version of the story is it took twice as long as estimated for the move, and the moving crew wasn't very professional. However, after my poor experience, the company reached out to me on their own accord, and offered to check out the situation and reimburse me some of my money. They did this on their own accord, as I had chalked it up to a loss. The rep that came out seemed genuinely concerned and apologetic for his crew's performance. He was polite, professional, and heard me out. I changed my review because I want to give these guys credit for reaching out, following up, and making an effort. That makes all of the difference in the world. It's nice to see people who stand behind their business. read more

Alex, Jeff and Byron were excellent in moving my 10ft wide bar from Cumming to Canton. The opening at the drop off location was only an inch wider than the bar which they successfully entered with a glitch. The back top piece of the bar was fragile and they handled it carefully. Very happy with Atlanta Moving Solutions! read more

Hands down the best moving experience I've ever had. Darnell and Brandon were so professional and careful with my items. Placed everything in the proper place. Positive, energetic, kind and helpful. Crew was on time, cost at the estimated amount, simple move where all went well. I would recommend.

Matt and Atlanta Moving Solutions are EXCELLENT. Matt and team are knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. They were flexible and worked with me on date changes (huge thanks for that!). Team members were friendly, worked fast, and we had ZERO damage or problems. Fantastic customer service! They were also creative on ways to keep my furniture onsite during a flooring installation, which saved us storage transportation and costs. I highly recommend Atlanta Moving Solutions! read more

Our 4th move with Atlanta Moving Solutions and 4th great experience. Matt, Dan and Jeff were all outstanding in quoting, booking and scheduling our move. Casey, Terrell and Maurice were our movers. They did an exceptional job wrapping everything, packing and unloading. They worked quickly and were very neat and organized throughout the move. Even came in under the quoted price! Thanks to Matt for storing our home in his trucks for 4 day while we closed on our new house. They all made a very stressful move easier to deal with. Would highly recommend Atlanta Moving Solutions for any size move. What a professional operation they are running. Thank you to Matt and his team for another very pleasant moving experience!!! read more

This is the 2nd time we have used Atlanta Moving Solutions and we were very happy with them. They made several stops to deliver furniture at different houses and made it easier on us. Hunter and Malique are hard workers & very pleasant guys. Would recommend & use again! read more

Horrific! My mother hired them to move her into a Senior Living facility. They charged more, however, we felt like they would be more professional. Not the case. We were standing there talking to the movers and one of them dropped a metal apparatus and caused wounds on her leg in three places. I took her to the Urgent care the next day, however, after going through with multiple wound care doctor appointments it still has not healed 2+ months later. She now has to have surgery on her leg and the moving company will not take any sort of responsibility for injuring my 86 year old mother. I was there and saw exactly what happened! I know the truth and they are criminals. read more

It was a wonderful experience utilizing the moving services of Atlanta Moving Solutions. The entire process was very satisfying, from calling on a Saturday afternoon and able to schedule a move at the last minute. Matt was very accommodating and patient, the actual day of the move the dispatcher called to confirm and the team was on time ready to take care of our needs. Once started they were professional and respectful, working projecting a kind and friendly spirit throughout the moving process. Very happy that we called them for service! read more

Needed furniture relocated that wasn't being moved and they moved it without any issues - super helpful and provided great customer service!! Delivery was on time and again, very efficient - guys worked like champs to place furniture and boxes where requested. They also provided a dumpster to clean out the house....fantastic job, highly recommend!! read more

Extremely satisfied with the service I received from Atlanta moving solutions. From the first phone call I made to the company through the final box being dropped off at my house. Matt was very kind, courteous and helpful in setting up my moving date, and the quote he gave me was extremely reasonable. He sent out.J & Q this morning to move my stuff from Kennesaw to Roswell. These two young men were punctual, extremely polite, and I feel they went above and beyond to make this move pleasant. They were very careful with all of my belongings, and checked with me to make sure they were putting the things exactly where I wanted them. I have moved many times and had to deal with many movers and I have to say that J and Q were by far the best movers I've ever had. I would highly recommend Atlanta moving solutions and when you call ask Matt to send out J & Q you won't be be disappointed! read more

We used them to move us from one unit to another unit on the same floor. When the reservation was made, they didn't tell us that there was a two hour minimum or there was a $60 truck roll fee. We paid $300 for an hour worth of services and they NEVER LEFT THE BUILDING OR THE FLOOR. The workers also stated that they are left to tell the customers about the fees upon arrival. So, basically, you book, they arrive, explain the fees and you're stuck with them because it's moving day. Total RIP O Edit: they respond over a year later.... so professional read more

They arrived a little late but called to inform me. I had only a few items, but they loaded up quickly and unloaded just as quickly. Nice guys read more

I'M A HAPPY CUSTOMER! The moving guys called themselves "The Dream Team" and they lived up to their name! Auri and Deondre were super efficient, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. I asked a friend for a reliable moving company, and was referred to Atlanta Moving Solutions. From the first call to Matt, to The Dream Team, this company exceeded my expectations and I will use them again without a doubt. read more

Atlanta Moving Solutions moved us into a pod and then unloaded the pod a few weeks later into a new house. We had different crews for both parts of the move and all the guys were great and went above and beyond - carried a table 10 houses down to a neighbor's when it wouldn't fit in the pod on move-out, waited an hour and a half on the pod guy who was late on move-in). Most importantly, our stuff was taken care of - nothing was broken. Prices were competitive. Highly recommend Matt and his crew. read more

They stole our jewelry and did not acknowledge it. Don't go with this moving company.

Atlanta Moving Solutions saved us when our scheduled mover never showed up. The owner hooked us up with 5 guys & 2 trucks within a few hours. The crew was hard working, careful with our stuff and got the job done in reasonable time. Also, pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend AMS. read more

Great service from start to finish. Called a national firm and they recommended Atlanta Moving Solutions as the first firm didn't do local moves. This is the great service I got: they were on time; they wore masks; they worked as a team; they kept working; they hustled and worked hard first packing and then the transport; they finished within budget; they were courteous. I will use them again when I move out of my rented storage unit. They provided a good price too. read more

The BEST of the BEST!! When I spoke to Matt on the phone to schedule our appointment he was super polite & professional~ Steve and his team were on time the morning of our move~ We had a total of 5 guys assisting with the move and each one was courteous, respectful of our belongings and super efficient!! I had 3 bedrooms, one with children's bunk beds to break down~ They packed up and bagged every last bolt, washer & screw to reassemble our beds/ furniture in our new home~ I never heard one complaint on one of the hottest days we've had this summer!! Upon arrival to our new home they placed everything exactly where I asked.... not one scratch on my floors or walls~ I will always refer Atlanta Moving Solutions to family, friends & clients without hesitation! Their rates are super competitive & they are complete professionals.... Thank you to Matt & your crew for making my move stress free! read more

Contacted the company to get a quote; they came (30min late) but they did show up. I was suppose to receive a quote 15min after leaving my home, 2hrs later I had to call the surveyor to request the quote that they were suppose to send me (the customer); still 3 hours later, I didn't get the quote so I called 2 more times that day and never got a response. I decided if I had to go through this in getting a quote, I should take my business elsewhere...and I did :-) read more

Do not use this company. At this moment I am not able to give a detailed account to what transpired with our move. They destroyed two pieces of furniture the owner Matt promised to fix them for us - made us wait 2 weeks for someone of his trust to come and give an estimate only to find out at this very moment that he decided not to do anything for us. As one previously stated by one of his customers we have used them before and worked perfectly but this time his employees were lazy and careless. But what upset me the most is the lack of honesty from the owner that promised to do us right and now he simply won't do it. Save your selves from a headache - DO NOT USE THEM!!! read more
