It was good from the start with communication but it went down hill about a hour into the move. We moved from a 3 story condo and we lived on the 3rd floor. I told the owner of the company 4 times( who was there) do not hold the elevator door, it will not latch. First time loading the elevator, they knocked the door off line. Again I explained, load one piece, let the door close and hit the door open button and load another piece, simple right, nope. I had to take off to return the cable boxes and 15 mins down road I get a call, the elevator not working again. Finally everything was loaned after 5. The next day they had problems with truck, no big deal, it happens. We had to keep calling them, they finally arrived at the new house at 7pm with 2 people wanting to unload. We ended arguing we them for 20 mins, it dark here by 7:28, they claimed they could have had almost unloaded because it's easier to unload then load the truck. Well, the next morning we got to the house at 8:30, he called us right before 9 and said they were eating breakfast and would head our way. Well, finally we called them at 10:30 and they said they were waiting on us. To call. At 11 they pulled up, it took them till 4 o'clock to finish up. Thank God we didn't let unload the night before, our new neighbors wouldn't have like us very much. A long story shortened, boxes that had bedroom written on them ended up in the garage and boxes that said garage ended up in the bedroom. Worse move ever. Personally, I don't believe half of the reviews on here, most have only one or two reviews, that should have been our warning sign. read more

I put down a 5% deposit to lock in my requested services and date. Mike and Jordan arrived on time; they called ahead when they were nearby. Once they showed up, they got right to work and didn't waste a minute. They were also super polite and professional, packing a surprising amount of stuff into the cube quite skillfully. I am a senior and a woman of color so I choose to use this company twice. They came and did a walk thru. I advised them I have a lot of items, they wanted to come and pack a few days prior to the move. I agreed to have some of my items packed and I also asked if the move could be done in one day and it wasn't. Needless to say I had to return to the residence, cleanup, and pack additional belongings, like the freezer which should have been on the first trip. They took my items to storage being that the house I wanted fell thru. I sent an email requesting pricing as to what they would charge to move my items from the storage unit to my new home. The estimate was over $1500 with a 5 hr window. They called around 10 AM Saturday morning to advise they will be at the storage within 45-60 minutes. I arrived at the storage location at 11:20 they still had not shown up and after the 3rd text/email, they didn't get to the storage location until after 2 PM. They didn't arrive at my residence until almost 7 PM, and they literally just placed my belongings in the garage with no organization. Then had the nerve to charge me extra for the job being 30 minutes longer. Now I have waited over 3 hours at the storage and almost 5 hrs. for them to deliver and wanted to charge me extra. The company did not offer a reduction in cost. I had other options; however, since they had moved me from my original location, I chose to stick with them mainly because they are a young Black Owned and Black Operated business that is apparently still learning HOW to do business. We moved to Atlanta from Pittsburgh and needed help unloading a packed 26' moving truck. Contacted them late afternoon Wednesday, called me by noon Thursday, arrived 10am Friday. Eric (owner) and Jerod were beyond fantastic! I called on Wed. for a move on Saturday and they gave a super fair price and fantastic service. We had a last minute change by us because of road restrictions in our new neighborhood which required our truck to be reduced from 26 foot to 16 foot. We have a lot of bulky and heavy furniture and Eric and Jerod went WAY above and beyond to get as much as they could with a 10 foot smaller truck. It was 95 degrees all day, a 2 hour ride, crazy S-turn mountain roads and unloading during a rainstorm. Through all that they were completely courteous and positive and just kept saying we can do this, we've got this. We had a great time working with them, even though the day threw everything it could at them. The furniture was wrapped very professionally, hauled up and down stairs and then at the new house up and down stairs again and throughout the process they both kept smiling and checking that everything was okay.
