The food is very good but nothing crazy. It's really about the experience. The service was very good. She was very quick in getting our order and bringing our food out. The whole setting is very enjoyable very peaceful and relaxing. The dining process they tell you is up to 2 hours of all you can eat meat. We were gone long before two hours. The brisket and the short rib were our family's favorite. The Bawi sauce is awesome on all their food.

So good!! Some of the meat was not great cuts, for example the galbi was super tough. Everything was well seasoned tho. Wish there wasn't a time limit, and only thing I would change would be to ask our server to turn our grill heat down since ours was cooking the meat way too fast.

Korean BBQ just isn't really my thing, it's just too sweet for my tastes for the most part. The sirloin was okay, and the Mandu (sort of like pot stickers) weren't bad. The rest of it just wasn't really up my alley. I get it's more of an experience than just a meal, but frankly I prefer to have somebody cook my food for me if I'm going out. Also eating within inches of a smoking grill at eye level and knowing there is a gas line running directly under the table just didn't do it for me. They don't give you a knife but do provide you with some handy 'meat scissors' to cut your steak with. Some people probably really dig this type of experience but it just wasn't for me.

Short rib, shrimp, calamari and bogogee.

There food was good and taste. It was quiet at a little after 4:00pm. Pretty quiet and relaxing. The short ribs were great! Jalapeño was good. Placing an order is far a few in between. It seems the people who work there are advised to check the tables far apart. The people Marcy to us seem frustrated as they waited to order more food for their table. Not good. They need to check on the tables more often than not.

Was surprised to find a Korean BBQ location in this area! Super excited that they had this location here. Staffed with friendly people and ready to explain to those unfamiliar with the process. We cooked for ourselves and clicked the button if we needed anything. If I'm ever back in the area, will definitely return.

Had no clue this was an "all you can eat" place. We didn't have reservations, but they got us in decently quick for a weekend night. We just chose the cheaper menu. The more expensive one has only a few more options such as calamari, and crab rangoon. They give you two hours to eat all you want, but it literally took them almost an hour to get us all sat up, and bring out our first order of meat. It seems lots of people come here in large groups, and that seems like this would be the idea way to come here. It's more "entertainment" than it is a great meal. It's not like the food was bad, but it wasn't anything special. The experience of just cooking your food in front of you was what this was clearly all about. Glad I went; might go again if there was a group that wanted to do something totally different, but wouldn't add it to my "special night out" rotation.

Pretty good Korean BBQ, could use more variety on the Banchan (side dishes) but it was over all good.

Just an overall underwhelming dinner. $13 for a 4 year old to eat 2 tablespoons of rice. Will not be back.

The inside was dimly lit with tables as you walk in and to the back. There is also an outside seating area. We ordered at the register and our food was brought out to us. The menu is easy to understand, but the staff was able to answer all of our questions and explain different menu items in detail. Everyone was nice and welcoming. I got the Hotstone Bibimbap (suggested by the lady who took my order because it continues to cook when served, making the rice crispy and vegetables hot. I chose white rice topped with bulgogi and spicy shrimp. For sauce, I chose Sesame and Kochi to a little add extra kick. I had the kimchi put to the side. It also came with a miso soup . This whole combination was so delicious. Stayed hot the entire time and was plenty enough to share. The Yaki Soba, which is a noodle dish, was also very flavorful, came out fresh and hot. The Japchae was equally delicious and full of flavor. The sweet potato noodle of this dish was different, but still pretty tastey. I recommend leaving this for the experienced eaters. Lastly, we tried the kimbap. It was a typical kimbap, nothing stood out. Everything came out fresh, cooked to order, and hot. The price for everything was very reasonable. I would dent come again.

Not bad but $16.73 (including 18% tip) is a bit much. The bulgogi was decent tho, and salad was cool, best of luck!

I ordered the Tonkatsu fried pork cutlet thinking it was like traditional ramen with a meat in broth with noodles. This was not that . It was outstanding! I had the Chashu Bun as an appetizer and the Cheeky Ramen as my main. They were both off the chart tasty. This was my first time visiting Springfield, and I didn't expect to find a place like this…read more The restaurant has a really fun Japanese anime vibe, with Totoro decor and even lucky cat (maneki-neko) touches throughout, which I absolutely loved. It honestly felt like the owner might be Japanese or Chinese, because the whole atmosphere was thoughtfully done and very authentic. The service staff were all friendly and welcoming, and overall the dining experience was great. We did have a delay with one of our dishes (waited over 30 minutes), but the manager noticed the issue right away, took responsibility, and handled it really well. They even offered us complimentary spring rolls, which I really appreciated. That kind of attentiveness and care makes a big difference. The food was solid and enjoyable--of course, you can't compare it to bigger cities, but for Springfield, this is definitely a great find. They also have a robot that helps deliver food, which was such a fun and unique touch. I'm here for work, traveling from out of state, and we actually ended up coming back four days in a row--which probably says everything. You can really tell the owner put a lot of heart into this place--from the decor to the overall experience. I appreciate being able to enjoy a different culture like this, especially in a smaller city. Springfield has given me a really great impression and some wonderful memories. Would definitely recommend

I see staff talking and hardly any tables occupied. I've been going here for years and I used to love this place but now it's just not worth the wait and money. That's my only problem with this place 3 tables taken in the whole place and I get my water after waiting 30 minutes after being seated, and I'm the last to be helped after bigger parties who arrived after me. When I come with 2 other people the waiters are on top of it with service but if it's me alone I hardly even see a waiter. They're chasing tippssss imo. This is just a personal opinion that doesn't contribute to my stars because I know some people find it really cool but the robot is creepy and what if someone needs to ask something when the drinks come? Can't ask a robot and then they have to wait 20+ minutes for a waiter to come by.
