This is an outstanding and reputable business. I worked with Don on getting a new battery. Prices are very reasonable, and they offer a 5 year warranty. I have not seen that warranty at any auto parts stores or even off the AAA truck. Don was friendly and very helpful. He tested my old battery, removed and replaced it in about 5-10 minutes. Just brought my IS 250 in to Battery Mart yesterday. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the entire transaction. We were in & out within 10 minutes. I pulled right into the bay and didn't even have to leave my car until I settled the bill. I should also note that the bay itself was exceptionally clean and well-organized, showing off the batteries offered in a pleasing manner. With tax, I spent $97 for one of Battery Mart's proprietary batteries, which I would consider to be an excellent deal. We did bring my other half's car in later in the day. However, as his car requires additional labor to actually reach the battery, Battery Mart was unable to assist with that. However, as that battery situation is exceptional, I would still highly recommend Battery Mart for most standard battery needs. read more

I thought this place was great when I purchased both batteries from them. But now that I have a bad battery and they are refusing to honor the warranty, my opinion has changed. They will say the problem is something else altetnator, or others don't know what they are doing instead of having the integrity to honor the warranty they offer. I just got home from this place and I HAD to write them a review. I called ahead to see how much for a new battery for my 2013 Nissan Rogue. O'Reilly auto parts was gonna charge me $50 more and without installation. I literally drove in, went to the counter to pay, and when I turned around the guy had already changed my battery! No joke! I called Battery Mart today and the gentlemen gave me great money saving information. I had just gotten an oil change at Big O an they had me convinced my battery would die at any moment even though I've not been having problems with it etc. and they wanted to sell me a battery then and there without even asking me the age of the battery or anything. Over the past 10 years I have bought several batteries for our family fleet of aging Hondas. It's always the same process. You drive in and pop the hood. Don, the owner, immediately checks the battery and within three minutes you find out if that's what you need. If it's not, he'll give you a referral to get your alternator fixed, or make a suggestion about other problems. If it is, he'll give you some choices and within ten minutes you're out the door and on your way, wondering why other businesses you patronize can't run this way.
