She recommended and assisted in the referral to Dr. Arthur Giebel who was also amazing. Yesterday was mom's second and final post-surgery follow-up with Dr. Ferguson and she confirmed that everything is right on tract. Mom has much better vision and no longer needs glasses. But just as important, she is very comfortable and confident in Dr. Ferguson's care. And as the son who lives 4 hours away, I couldn't be happier.

Was it fun to try to humiliate me in person with a haughty attitude when I asked why I couldn't just pay cash for my appointment? I was also refused the possibility of rescheduling my appointment, because "their system was down." What an incredibly condescending and horrible experience. I was just trying to get my eyes examined so I could have surgery. I was the victim of extreme domestic violence- I have a complicated case and partial blindness. It's hard to get up the courage to go to an eye doctor to have my trauma addressed. Prepare to be humiliated and treated poorly by office staff if you have had any domestic violence related injury. I walked out of that office bawling, in tears, after finding out that my appointment had been cancelled. What a horrific experience.

A gentleman named Jake I stopped near the entrance and asked if he could help me as I had a dilemma that I hadn't been able to resolve on my own with a fancy shop vac I purchased there a few months back. He walked me over to the shop vacs & I pointed out the one I purchased and he walked me through the three areas on how to resolve my stalled situations on that model. Hands down the most polite and tolerant employee. But I've seen this with other employees there over these past 2 years or so. I first thought it was like a grocery store, but it turned out to be a mega discount store. We did find a desk fan here, and we also found many interesting items here. Generally, the electronic products are not the latest models previous models that still work great. The price is also very good. They have pretty much everything from clothing to electronics, from food to skin care products, from furniture to sporting goods, and whatever you can think of. It's more like a Target or Walmart. It looks like they do sell membership so that you can get a even better deal. I didn't join since I don't usually go to Walla Walla. The store is clean though the interior design looks old. If you are looking for something, you probably should try from this store. It's likely you will be able to get a good deal here. If your kids are going to school in Walla Walla, this is definitely a good place for your to shop for the dorm. The service was fine. There's a lady at the entrance greeting when you come in. The attendants that are here during the day are friendly and helpful if you ever need help. They greet you upon entering and even make conversation with some that are around. I also felt plenty safe here and there was a nice seating area to wait in. The prices here are fair and they even have a drop-off laundry service if you prefer for very reasonable prices. Their big commercial machines (the ones I use for blankets) are $4.75 per load and the dryers are $0.25 for about 8 minutes. I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to do laundry in Walla Walla!
