This store is the worst. Their customer service is awful. They're just plain rude. I was having a problem with my phone update, and the way the lady in there handled it, is the reason I'm switching to inland cellular. She was the last straw. Because of that customer service version lost two business accounts and a personal account. Version is going down the drain. I wouldn't recommend anything about Verizon to anyone. read more

New management when I went in. Excellent service from new manager who was working at solving some staff issues which I did see happen while I was there (not to me) but I am sure it was addressed when I left. Some staff are great but always a work in progress. Always get in touch with manager of any bussiness when not satisfied, they don't know unless you let them know. On a second visit, (few months after) one poor girl handling all services the week iPhone 7 was released. She was doing her best. Hope they get their staff problems worked out. read more

Poor experience with customer service. But since I value feedback and I hope the management of this store would consider some direct feedback I want to post this. There was only one customer in the store wen I arrived and the rep greeted me and informed me I would have to wait for help since she was helping someone. So far so good. But an older gentlemen came in after me and she told him that since they were "very busy" with all three of us in the store he would have to wait a long time and probably should just come back another time. He left. I waited another 20 minutes while she helped the customer who was there when I arrived add apps and get her phone set up (which I don't fault her for its good service). But then after being there for a long time I decided I wasn't going to get help any time soon. I left. You can't make money turning people away. I won't be back. It's too easy to shop online. Customer service is all physical stores have left and this store doesn't have even that. Recommendation: You need more floor staff or staff that can multitask. read more

We had visited another Verizon store previously that day and we walked out because the customer service was so bad. Not at the Wilbur location in Walla Walla! 180 degrees different! Sarah was extremely pleasant and knew her stuff, getting us two iPhone 7's for less than the "other guy" quoted us for one iPhone 6S! Stop in and ask for Sarah! Came in here to activate a new phone and was helped by Ryan. He was patient and congenial throughout the process, and even though he told me there would be a $20 service fee he ultimately waived it because I had already backed up on my phone independently. I was very satisfied with the quality of service I received, and it was certainly far higher than at a full-service Verizon store I've been to previously. Just tried to update my phone. Talked to associate Spencer C. He set me up with a phone he said would be what I wanted. Well I'm not sure if Spencer is smoking his lunch or what. The phone was no where near what I wanted. i tried to return it in trade for a suitable replacement. The manager and associate Spencer said there would be a $25.00 restocking fee for the phone I was returning. I found this to be unsuitable because Spencer misrepresented the phone I rec'd, it was not my fault the phone was not what I asked for nor rec'd. Spencer can pay the $25.00. I have decided to move on and go to a reputable dealer. Both Verizon stores have been rude and seem to have a problem with senior citizens. We don't need smart phones, all we wanted is to be able to make a phone call or take a picture of the Grand kids. Maybe these folks are prejudiced because we are senior citizens. read more

Customer service was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and informative. They helped me compare and get the best plan/products on a budget. I also appreciate that they were friendly to my young child and understanding that a two year old is not always quiet. I recommend this store as the best place to go for any cellular service. read more

Important details to add, was called by management and was told that it is the law they were upholding by not allowing me to exchange my Bluetooth. Also while talking informed me that they stand behind their products but never once asked why I did not like the product. I don't like it because it is static sound in my ear and about 30℅ of the time I have to ask clients to repeat themselves. Jabra Storm bad product or at least a lemon. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. I explained my situation and Tiffani, the manager, knew exactly where to start, got things squared away, provided knowledgeable product information, and set me up to clearly understand what I was getting. When another customer came in, she was also greeted and her issue assessed quickly. As there was only one employee on, she was given the option to come back at a specific time or call the corporate line. Both customers (me being one) were made to feel important and heard. This location is further from my house and yet I will go there every time to get great customer service. read more
