Great company! Needed a micro sc card for my phone so I would have lots of room for my granddaughters graduation pictures and this was the only store in town. I even went to walmart in Walla Walla WA. to get one and they were all out. The store owner not only sold me the card, he also put it into my phone and set it all up for this non-tecki grandma. still waiting on any word or info on the status of my machine. I purchased the part for them to install, which I suppose irritated them. But they left me no options but to purchase a new computer -- presumably from them which I couldn't afford to do. Getting the part myself was the more economical option for me. The machine is the heart and soul of a home business and although legacy in hardware, still is important to my business and serves me as it is. It is extremely stressful for a small home business to be without a working computer, but I hope I didn't show that when I stopped by briefly and inquired as to the status on my machine. Customers have a right to do so, and not be made to feel like a bother or annoyance like the technician did. This isn't a review about the competence or the reputation of the business, but how I was made to feel with my questions about the machine and its present status. read more

We have been working with Price Computers for almost two years. We had a 'great' system prior to meeting the Price Men however, now? Now we have a much better one. Our business is mostly on computers when we're down, our business is blitz! We have not had to be in that situation at all during our working with Price. If there ever is a problem, they are there. Not in their office! In our office. If their day is full, we either work with a remote fix or they are in our office - they don't go 'home' at 5:00! When we needed a new printer? They did the research and helped us make the right decision; but it didn't end there. Our new(er) printer continues to be the best for our office and works with the volume we're giving it. They built our computers, saw that we needed a different monitor set-up and patiently explained it. We trust them implicitly to keep us on tract, up-to-date and efficient.
