I had never seen a beautiful wedding dress mutilated. This happy bride to be took her wedding dress to Irma for a hem. Irma mutilated the hem. Lace appliques are just that, appliques. They are removed and then placed for proper hemming. Irma chopped off this beautiful lace and poorly sewed it back on. She then shamelessly charged her close to $600! I have always praised Irma for her mending, but wedding dress are not her forte.

I knocked on the door several times and called got nothing. I peaked in the window and saw the place was a wreck garbage and hangers littered the floor. Maybe I stepped into the twilight zone with this alteration place because my experience sucked. Will not return. Life happens and if you can't show up for your work then call the customer and let them know. I would have been understanding.
