The attendants that are here during the day are friendly and helpful if you ever need help. They greet you upon entering and even make conversation with some that are around. I also felt plenty safe here and there was a nice seating area to wait in. The prices here are fair and they even have a drop-off laundry service if you prefer for very reasonable prices. Their big commercial machines (the ones I use for blankets) are $4.75 per load and the dryers are $0.25 for about 8 minutes. I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to do laundry in Walla Walla!

HOWEVER over the last few months a lot of small changes have been made and it's impacted my view of this place the prices have been increased what appears to be a few times making it expensive. But the biggest change is the operation of the dryers have always been a bit pricey but because of how well they worked and fast it could be overlooked. But then came the change the dryers now require a minimum of $2.00 to operate and you can clearly tell the heat output has been messed with as they all take 50%+ longer to dryer even on high heat. What use to take 25-30 now takes over 45min to dry and honestly I would rather drive to Kennewick and do laundry at a place that charges half the price. Because spending $15 for laundry per person on average is too much.

And boy, am I glad that I did! TIMING. The turn-around time was very typical. I dropped off two 2-piece suits on a Tuesday morning and was told it would be ready on Friday afternoon. I dropped off 3 more suit jackets on a Monday morning and was told it would be ready Wednesday afternoon. This is very reasonable and if you wear suits on the reg, you should be rotating your suits through the cleaners rather than dropping them all off at once resulting in being stuck with nothing for days. Even coming from the big cities of LA and Seattle, anyone expecting anything quicker than these time frames just isn't being reasonable. PRICES. Prices were also very reasonable. At the time of this post, suit jacket separates cost $8 per coat (for my three, it was $24 before taxes). For my two suits (2-piece), it was $31.58 with taxes. You don't pay upfront, you pay when you pick up your garments. OTHER. Although I cannot speak for anything other than men's suits, I know they also do alterations. SERVICE. The ladies are incredibly friendly and my suits came out clean, fresh, and ready to take on whatever the world was going to throw at them (lol!). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their dry-cleaning done.
