I have been going here for the last 6 months When you first arrive it's a clean well put together coin laundry and the prices are a little high but reasonable. HOWEVER over the last few months a lot of small changes have been made and it's impacted my view of this place the prices have been increased what appears to be a few times making it expensive. But the biggest change is the operation of the dryers have always been a bit pricey but because of how well they worked and fast it could be overlooked. But then came the change the dryers now require a minimum of $2.00 to operate and you can clearly tell the heat output has been messed with as they all take 50%+ longer to dryer even on high heat. What use to take 25-30 now takes over 45min to dry and honestly I would rather drive to Kennewick and do laundry at a place that charges half the price. Because spending $15 for laundry per person on average is too much. read more

This place is definitely a neighborhood location. There are small machines available. If you are looking for bigger machines to wash blankets and bigger loads, definitely spend more time investigating your options. Although parking is abundant, waiting inside is snug. Overall, we roll choose other locations. There were numerous machines out of order, and a laundromat having more than 3 machines not available will make me think again about my frequency at a laundromat! read more

I wish I could rate this place minus stars. What a joke of a place and Owner. Trying to intimidate a woman and get a rise out of her because she was stolen from and upset. Not only does his machines steal money he tries to mansplain you on how they work. Like "you're not putting the quarter in right." Then he grabs a broom and stands right next to me, like are you going to hit me? I was trying to gather my things and told him to get away from me and he stood closer with the broom. My husband & I had to go to the laundromat to do laundry as our washer and dryer need to be repaired. The re-modeled laundromat was clean, new efficient machines (washers & dryers), Great Tunes, and reasonable prices. To honestly report that the dryers Are Very Efficient & I believe a good value for your money. This is our go to laundromat when our home washer & dryer are out of commission! I don't know who runs this place but today around 3 o'clock a man in his 50s sitting behind the desk, came up and totally humiliated me and my 3 year old child. He needs to be reprimanded. It was not right for him to shout at my son and then to tell me, I wasn't welcomed back. Things like this need to be handled way different. for him to tell me that my three-year-old who has special needs is disrupting the customers.. what kind of power trip is he on? I pray that karma goes back around because how sad for him to think he had that kind of authority to talk to my child like that. this place is garbage with someone like. I didn't even get to dry my clothes all the way because he was sitting behind the counter stalking me until I left. How absolutely creepy. I pray no one else has to go through that just because there child is being a child. Good luck. Also there washers and dryers suck. I spend almost 20 bucks for two loads. No thank you. My husband is staying in Richland for work for the next several weeks , I didn't want to take laundry home with me when I came to visit . so I looked up some places and I was happy to find Sir Suds Laundry. They are renovating it looks like but it's very clean inside and smells great compared to a lot of places . All you smell is clean laundry. The gentleman working here , possibly the owner couldn't have been more friendly. I really liked the vibe and the music was great too. It also seemed like a good safe neighborhood from what I could tell. I will be back / send my husband in next time he needs clean clothes. At the time of this post it was $2.75 for top loader ( $.50 to make the water hotter ) and about $1.50 for the dryer( which was really fast and dried extremely effectively) read more

I normally don't go to a laundromat to do laundry but I had a bed comforter that was too large to put in my home washer/dryer. When I walked in I was very impressed with how clean everything was inside. Ryan, the new owner was awesome and very friendly! He was super helpful and explained to me how the machines work and assisted me in the process. Ryan is an amazing professional and will go far. In the next couple months he will be doing a giant remodel and expanding his laundromat. I can't wait to see it after the remodel. Will definitely be back again! read more

I regret to share my incredibly disappointing experience at this particular laundromat. The owner's unprofessional behavior left a sour taste in my mouth. Not only did he engage in gossip about customers, neighbors, random people in general but he also resorted to name-calling, judgment of people & displaying a complete lack of respect. It is disheartening to encounter such a toxic environment, where the owner's bad attitude permeates the entire establishment.
