HOWEVER over the last few months a lot of small changes have been made and it's impacted my view of this place the prices have been increased what appears to be a few times making it expensive. But the biggest change is the operation of the dryers have always been a bit pricey but because of how well they worked and fast it could be overlooked. But then came the change the dryers now require a minimum of $2.00 to operate and you can clearly tell the heat output has been messed with as they all take 50%+ longer to dryer even on high heat. What use to take 25-30 now takes over 45min to dry and honestly I would rather drive to Kennewick and do laundry at a place that charges half the price. Because spending $15 for laundry per person on average is too much.

the only real issue i have is when i was watching my load laundry go thru its cycles in the large…read moremachine by the southwest door when i noticed after 4 minutes out of 38 minutes it switched to the rinse cycle. the soap barely had time to dissolve let alone clean anything. other than that everything else about the place is above the standard of a typical laundrymat. if u can change that wash time to at least 20 minutes and maybe a couple rinses and a good spin, i would have no problem giveing 5 stars. hope u read this and fix the problem ,all in. thanks
