I just had all my carpets cleaned by Woodrow, what a fine hard working person he is. Did an out standing job on all my carpets they look lovely. He was on time went right to work did not waste a minute. By the way I am very picky and he thoroughly pleased me. Word of advice if you have spots on your rug that have been there for a long time without cleaning at all. When they clean them they might even disappear while it dries but when dried and traffic starts again they will reappear. No amount of cleaning can get rid of old spots that have never been taken care of in the past. Woodrow was totally professional and respectful and I would recommend him to anyone who asks me. Umby's cleaning service is a very unprofessional business. I had him at my apartment complex to clean a few units and the quality of his work is below sub par. The owner has started arguments with my tenants and yelled at staff. If you are a slumlord go ahead and let them clean your rentals. I DO NOT recommend them. I had a stained carpet that I went through American carpet cleaning to get cleaned originally and it came back worse than it was before i sent it in and they were extremely unprofressional when I asked them for a refund because the work they did(if anything at all) was terrible! This company is a fraud!!! They took my area rug and I got it back and it hadn't been touched!! Every piece of dirt, dog hair, and fuzzie from the blankets and pillows was still on it. He is now threatening to send us to collections for not paying. My rug looked more clean after a good vacuum cleaning than when I got it back. This company is extremely dishonest. read more
