Drivers will take packages for all of the different contractors working in the area and dump them at one office trailer location MILES down the road and either a.) forge signatures of who the delivery was addressed to, b.) take a picture of proof of delivery up so close that you cannot determine where it was delivered, or c.) just drop off the package and note on the "received by" portion of the tracking that they dropped it off at a completely different company (that is labeled nowhere on the shipping information UPS has). We have attempted calling customer service and have gotten nowhere besides getting routed to automated call centers with no apparent way to resolve the issue. Could not be less impressed with the level of service and really wish there was a way to contact UPS to try and work with them to resolve the issue.

Reliable, Fast, and Professional - Byte Wizard is a Lifesaver!…read more I recently had the pleasure of working with Byte Wizard Tech Repair, and I'm definitely satisfied with the services provided! He replaced the screen on my son's iPhone XR, and the turnaround was impressive--done within a 2-hour window, which was super convenient for our busy schedule. The communication throughout was clear and professional, and the service itself? Absolutely 10/10. He also helped me with my HP laptop, which was having issues charging. We did a phone consultation where he walked me through a few steps to troubleshoot. Once he had the laptop in-hand, he diagnosed the battery issue and had it repaired by the next day. Since it's a spare device, the quick turnaround was more than reasonable--and now everything is working perfectly! Both devices are up and running smoothly. I really appreciate the attention to detail, honest service, and quick results. Thanks again, Byte Wizard! Definitely recommending your services to family and friends.
