The farmers don't call me to let me know they're out of ticket books until they are completely out and desperately need them. And by desperately I mean they need to start working in roughly two hours and they can't start without the books... So I always call Colleen at Print Plus, usually in a semi-frantic state, and ask her to produce the impossible (the paper the books come on is hard to come by).
