In the prior email I explained how I felt that I was being put on the back burner. It had been almost 3 business days since I requested a quote for my business. He was polite in the first email explaining how they did indeed have the brand of hoodie, shirts and hats i wanted. And then very difficult to get a hold of after that. I called twice and both times he was out to lunch. (Possibly the owner) regardless. Greg never returned my phone calls. And then when I reached out to explain how the lack of communication made me feel like was put on the back burner. He replied with the email I attached. I guess I wont get an honest and fair proce now

In the end, i'm so happy we chose New Flag design!! Very professional! Have plans to use them in the near future again!!
