They tried multiple things to try and fix my computer, unfortunately it was the motherboard, and not worth the cost per their recommendation since it is about the cost of a used computer. They were able to transfer all my data to my hard-drive, which I appreciated. The real 5 star and beyond was they called me 1 week after to follow up on my service and my device.
