The staff here are absolutely awesome. I work at the corporate location for tons of farms in the…read morearea, and we get all of our ticket books to document crop yield at Print Plus. The farmers don't call me to let me know they're out of ticket books until they are completely out and desperately need them. And by desperately I mean they need to start working in roughly two hours and they can't start without the books... So I always call Colleen at Print Plus, usually in a semi-frantic state, and ask her to produce the impossible (the paper the books come on is hard to come by). She rallies the troops, calls in favors, works past business hours, updates me every step of the way, and finishes in record time, EVERY time. She's incredible!! I really can't recommend this place enough. Seriously.

Greg is RUDE, and CONDESCENDING!…read more I would never let an employee speak to a prospective client is such a way. In the prior email I explained how I felt that I was being put on the back burner. It had been almost 3 business days since I requested a quote for my business. He was polite in the first email explaining how they did indeed have the brand of hoodie, shirts and hats i wanted. And then very difficult to get a hold of after that. I called twice and both times he was out to lunch. (Possibly the owner) regardless. Greg never returned my phone calls. And then when I reached out to explain how the lack of communication made me feel like was put on the back burner. He replied with the email I attached. I guess I wont get an honest and fair proce now
