We were very happy with our experience. They came to clean our kids playroom. They've spilled…read morepretty much everything imaginable there, so it looked awful. I had my doubts about getting all the stains up, so this was a last ditch effort before pulling up the carpets to replace them. The difference afterward was incredible and certainly a lot less hassle and money than replacing carpet. We have a little one who still crawls so it was nice to know there weren't any harmful chemicals that would be dangerous to crawl on immediately afterward.
