Very disappointed in stopping by to get quote on a button that fell of seat installed again. He said it would be a $130, when I know how simple of a job it was. Honest goes a long way.. I ended up going to another Upolstery shop that charged me $30 to tuft my seat button back. He should of just said I don't have time. Not going to be the sucker for that. read more

Bud's upholstery in Pasco Washington, is got to be one of the worst businesses I have ever been to. I was promised an item one week after dropping it off. I came back the date was promised. At this point they started it. I was told it was a one and a half hour project. In one week they were able to complete was removing the back of one cushion. They also lied to me about a replacement part for my chairs. I was told that the replacement part was in stock. A week later , the parts were not there , and I was told it would be at least another week or so before I would get the part. Bud's just completed re-upholstering my complete boat cabin. This included two beds and a dinette and several pieces of trim. They took it from a tweed to vinyl and it looks absolutely excellent and their price was extremely competitive. They did it all in one week too. They know boats too because little things like stainless steel staples they used. I will recommend them to anyone as I know that the owner has been doing upholstery for many years and now he has taught his son and his son is excellent too. read more

Had boat carpets made for a Sport Cruiser. Carpet quality was great, service was good, final product needed a little more attention to detail. Original carpets had rounded corners, new ones are squared off. Where 2 separate pieces of carpet lay side by side the seams snake in and out a little instead of laying perfectly parallel to each other. Where the carpet laid next to a wall the carpet edge did not match up to the angle of the wall. No horrible, not great. Work was done on time and on budget. Be clear what your expectations are. A little more attention to detail could have easily earned 5 stars. read more
