Needless to say we have been very pleased with the completed projects The latest one was new upholstery on my grandmother's 100 year old couch. The fabric we chose blends beautifully with the very busy oriental style rug. And, I'm so glad that I took Victor's advice and replaced the cushions. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. A mouse chewed up my back seat and GM no longer makes the seat back cover even though my truck is only 8 years older. McCurley Chevy told me that they use Final Touch for repairs to their cars and I should give them a try. I dropped my seat off at 01100 and they called at 1530 and said it was finished. They had the exact materials needed for the repairs and they did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable, even cheaper than I thought it would be. $288. For me it was a five star performance. We have an lazy boy loveseat recliner that we were shopping around to replace after years of use. New prices were not exactly what we had in mind and loved our lazy boy love seat. So decided to get the bottom cushions removed and replaced with new ones. They even beefed up my arm pillow area. I had 6 dining room chairs that badly needed to be reupholstered. After getting a quote from here and one other place last August, I decided to go with Final Touch. The price quote I received was reasonable, and was good for 1 year. I spoke with the owner (?) Victor who is very knowledgeable and friendly. In late February, I took the chairs in to be done, and was given an estimate of about 2 weeks. I had to put down an initial deposit for the materials. With business being slow due to the snow, they were able to put a few extra people on my job, and it was done a week later! The chairs look great and I'm very pleased. I have used these guys twice now. First time was to repair the front seat of my truck. I bought a used King Ranch pickup with a squashed flat driver's seat. They not only repaired the foam but also repaired the stitching in the leather. Great work! Months later I returned with a bigger project. I had them re-upholster my boat (seating for 6 people plus engine cover and back rest). They did a really great job. Victor is a nice guy and gave me a fair price. BIG BUTT - SMALL SEAT. Ok so I admit it, my butt is too big for the seat in my car. I split it. Thought I was going to have to buy a whole new car seat. $400.00+ so I let it go until it was just a mess. Then...... someone told me that Final Touch was all about repairing upholstery in cars. I went in and they gave me a quote that was less than half what I would have paid for a whole new seat. Plus I got no hassles with installation etc. Took my car in, they repaired and replace the damaged portion of my seat and now my butt is happy again.. it feels and looks like a brand new seat... Price quote was inacuate. I've used them multiple times I used them in the past through my business. Called and told them what I needed done to some boat seats, supplied materials for the job as well, was told $75 per seat...when I when to pick them up the price was doubled. When I asked them why it was double they told me it was because they had quoted it without seeing the seats. How this was my fault, I do not know. But I had to pay for it. When I asked for a discount or to honor the original quote I was basically told "tough shit". I will never take another vehicle to them, they are dishonest, untrustworthy and customer service is horrible. I will also never send any of my business their way ever again. Please stay away, do yourself a favor and find someone else in town that will honor their word. read more

Victor and his team replaced the split out drivers seat on my Mercedes E-350 and it turned out just perfect, highly recommended.

I took three cushions off an old couch in to be recovered. All I asked for was sturdy fabric; something that would stand up to our dogs. The store clerk found some fabric that she felt sure was sturdy enough. It cost over $400 for those three cushions for a ten-year-old couch that certainly isn't worth half that. It's been less than six months. The fabric is, indeed, holding up. Unfortunately, the stitching is giving way. I suppose I ought to have requested sturdy stitching as well. This may be the only local place to go for upholstery work. If so, we are all doomed. read more
