Got my necklace back measuring at 24'' when I sent my necklace in measuring at 18''. I was so upset. I called asking for answers and they told me "it happens" what does that even mean. I then did my research and it does stretch but not as much as mine did. I'm so upset with this place. They take advantage of people.
