I told him the following day, but also let him know there was no pressure if he couldn't get it done that quickly. To my surprise, he had it finished the very next day for a small fee, which was absolutely worth it! My husband was in love with his birthday gift, and the engraving turned out perfect. Jules is incredibly kind, easy to work with, and provides amazing customer service. Thank you so much for helping make my husband's birthday extra special! I'll definitely be coming back for future gifts.

I am just a guy, but even I thought "wow" when they showed us the new ring. Several pluses: -Great communication (I was keeping it a secret from my wife, so Kris gave me her cell phone and she emailed my work address) -No high-pressure sales tactics -They will educate you (color and shape of diamond, etc.) -I knew I wasn't getting ripped off (I know this sounds strange, but I know little about diamonds and jewelry, but should I have this ring appraised by an independent jeweler I am certain it will have more value than what Garland's charged). We will definitely be going back. Awesome little business.
