Picked Tri City Tees based off the amazing reviews I read. Went in and talked over what I needed with Rick. He was helpful and seemed very excited to work with us, and even quoted a shorter lead time than expected. I sent him my files, a spreadsheet with sizes, styles, colors etc. A week goes by and no word from TCT. So I call in to see what's the matter and Rick tells me he's got a couple employees out so he's behind but would look at my email that night and get everything ordered. Another week goes by and I email Rick to see what's wrong now. At this point he stops responding to my emails and I can't get word back. I was on a tight(ish) timeline and was foolish enough to trust TCT to get my shirts done. After weeks of empty promises, I still have no shirts and now my event won't have the shirts I needed. Maybe TCT was a good shirt shop before, but I would highly recommend finding someone else as I have had to do. read more

I came here a week before Christmas to get a custom shirt printed for my husband. I had the shirt and an image from google of what I wanted. I wanted a long-sleeve shirt and my husband is tall. So, I couldn't find this shirt with the image I wanted in his size elsewhere. They printed the shirt in the same day, even though the graphic needed to be touched up by their in-house artist. The shirt is excellent quality and has lasted through lots of washing (inside out). I'm planning to get another gift from here soon! read more

I had a brilliant idea for our family's Christmas Eve gifts - "matching" shirts for all of us, from Mens XL to a 4-year-old girl. I looked at all the online custom shirt sites, called a couple Local places, and I could spend hours designing, pay over $30 per shirt, and WAY too much for rush shipping. I had about given up hope when my husband found tricitytees.com online and suggested I call. Rik first said Screen-printing or dark-colored shirts would not be feasible, but just when I was giving up all hope and mentally resorting to slippers for everyone, when he suggested white shirts and fun, colored font. He said he could probably get the shirts in any size pretty quick, and we could play with font, text color, etc, for each to make them unique. Shortly thereafter, he called from the store to clarify the exact right sizes for my little girls. A few minutes later, he emailed proofs over. His designs were much better than what I had come up with. I had a few requests for color/font changes, and he made the design changes with no problems. Once we agreed on final designs, he printed them and DELIVERED them to my HOUSE! THE SAME DAY I FIRST CALLED HIM! I don't know about you, but I don't see that kind of customer service very often, if ever. He was accommodating, and (*gasp*) actually trying to help make this happen for us. I'm still a little in shock. I will be using his services again for anything I can think of. read more
