Artmil closely worked with us to ensure they developed a website that would meet the needs of the club. They integrated a user-friendly reservation process for club hikes that includes the option to sell tickets for special events that the club hosts several times a year. The website is visually appealing and highlights what the club does - exploring public lands in the Pacific Northwest! We receive a lot of compliments about our website from members and other hiking clubs. We now have a yearly contract with Artmil for website maintenance and hosting. We are very pleased with their customer service and technical support.

I think we dropped it off the afternoon of a Friday and it was ready Saturday morning. We were so impressed that I had brought in a watch to have a battery replacement and be cleaned up as well. This didn't quite go as planned and after picking it up I had noticed a few small scratches on the back of the watch from whatever tool they used to take it off. After calling in and letting them know they asked I bring it back in to be fixed. I did just that and now the watch is as good as new. Super happy with their services and their customer support. I fully realize accidents happen and not everything is perfect but the way they handled the mistake was great and the timeliness of the turnaround gained our trust. Will be taking other pieces in, in the future.
