    **Please MUST READ** Wish I could give this place a big FAT…read more0 NO STARS!! I had taken my sons there a couple of times, and the first time the lady messed up so bad it was like if they cut their hair themselves. So, we thought if we tried another person the next time it would be unlikely it would get that messed up again!? Well, first off we go there because it's close and convenient, and I learned that convenience isn't always better! They are EXTREMELY HIGH on children's haircuts, but we are the type of people who don't mind paying the high cost for quality. This is where it gets messed up!! This "OWNER" and her Staff have no respect for customers period. As I said' we went in for their next haircuts, and this time done by 2 different people. I was waiting for the boys. Cuts were done I was asked how it looked on one of my boys, and it seemed ok so I said just that' as I just wanted to head home to make dinner. Got home they both took a showers, and by then husband got home. They pulled their hair to the side as they both got a comb over cut. The lines were so wide!!!! The hair was so uneven! They are very presentable kids, and as they expressed to me that they didn't want to go to school because they would get made fun of It got me upset because now I knew NONE of those so called stylist/barbers knew what they were doing! They obviously need more training!! So, I called the next day and I get "well, I'm not the one you should talk too" "call back in a few days for the owner" you see I wanted some kind of compensation because I was NEVER going to go back to this place AGAIN! The thing is I wanted the actual owner to see what kind of barbers she had. She could have determined whether or not she should give us a refund or her "herself" can fix the cuts. Knowing she couldn't; a Refund was likely to be issued. I was unable to get a hold of her so I called a 3rd time directed by her barber that said I should call back because she wasn't available or there the time I called. So, when I called the 3rd time I got "owners not here today" "she'll be in tomorrow" I said ok, I'll just go in with my boys tomorrow for her to see the bad haircuts. I GET A PHONE CALL FROM THIS DISRESPECTFUL NASTY DISGUSTING SO CALLED OF A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WOMAN! I couldn't even answer the phone hello as she started yelling, and screaming at me telling me that I am harassing her staff mind you (she was unavailable, only called 3times, directed to call back from HER staff). She then goes off to say I wanted free haircuts!!?? Huh!? Really?!? She then tells me to pick up the Refund and Never to go back there again then hangs up! I was first off shocked that this person even deals with people, and then surprised that a person that doesn't know me talks to me as if I was her child! I msgd her my explanation, and clarification on her assumptions on her thinking we are people that wanted things for free! We obviously knew they charge more then other places, and the cost was no issue! We are well off people that are very blessed thankfully! I just wanted her to see for herself, and she REFUSED!! She refused to see the cuts, and wanted us to pick up the Refund on a day she was not in! End result I sent her pictures of my sons cuts, and we did NOT pick up the refund as the way she spoke to me over the phone she must have needed that money!! I take my sons last haircuts there as a charity cut. I did in-fact tell her she did not have to tell me that we were not welcomed to go back! We were not planning to go back to give away moremoney to her charity again. Going to her shop is like going to a charity car wash! With this "GO BARBERS" shop you really don't get what you pay for! **********DO NOT RECOMMEND**************

    Go Barber was a gem that we are so glad we have found! All of the staff we have encountered have…read morebeen friendly, personable and friendly. They are consistently trying to go above and beyond to make sure that you are extremely satisfied with the haircut you receive and make sure your comfortable in the process. I always prefer to have Michelle cut my hair. She is the owner and always helpful, and definitely takes her time to make sure that my hair is absolutely perfect, even if there are people waiting. I feel like it's important to all the employees to make sure they feel like they deserve all the time it takes to complete a good cut! My son has had cuts from Amber, Joann, and Vicki, all of which have turned out excellent!
