She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Instead of just saying they were out, she took the time to walk me through some fantastic alternatives and explained which ones were most similar. Thanks to her suggestions, I ended up finding a few great options that the kids absolutely loved. They didn't even notice they weren't the original Nee Dohs I came in for! They are EXTREMELY HIGH on children's haircuts, but we are the type of people who don't mind paying the high cost for quality. This is where it gets messed up!! This "OWNER" and her Staff have no respect for customers period. As I said' we went in for their next haircuts, and this time done by 2 different people. I was waiting for the boys. Cuts were done I was asked how it looked on one of my boys, and it seemed ok so I said just that' as I just wanted to head home to make dinner. Got home they both took a showers, and by then husband got home. They pulled their hair to the side as they both got a comb over cut. The lines were so wide!!!! The hair was so uneven! They are very presentable kids, and as they expressed to me that they didn't want to go to school because they would get made fun of It got me upset because now I knew NONE of those so called stylist/barbers knew what they were doing! They obviously need more training!! So, I called the next day and I get "well, I'm not the one you should talk too" "call back in a few days for the owner" you see I wanted some kind of compensation because I was NEVER going to go back to this place AGAIN! I was first off shocked that this person even deals with people, and then surprised that a person that doesn't know me talks to me as if I was her child! I msgd her my explanation, and clarification on her assumptions on her thinking we are people that wanted things for free!
