She always brings such a positive, welcoming vibe and is consistently quick, efficient, and professional, which honestly cannot be said about every postal location in town. I returned the packages ask where my package was and that I had another person's package in my box. The person working checked and stated they must have switched the keys and a man received my shoes and apparently took them. I wanted to know what and when they would fix this situation because I am being billed for the shoes. I was surprised the worker got upset with me I guess because I questioned him and he made a mistake and gave my shoes to a man . Reliable, Fast, and Professional - Byte Wizard is a Lifesaver!…read more I recently had the pleasure of working with Byte Wizard Tech Repair, and I'm definitely satisfied with the services provided! He replaced the screen on my son's iPhone XR, and the turnaround was impressive--done within a 2-hour window, which was super convenient for our busy schedule. The communication throughout was clear and professional, and the service itself? Absolutely 10/10. He also helped me with my HP laptop, which was having issues charging. We did a phone consultation where he walked me through a few steps to troubleshoot. Once he had the laptop in-hand, he diagnosed the battery issue and had it repaired by the next day. Since it's a spare device, the quick turnaround was more than reasonable--and now everything is working perfectly! Both devices are up and running smoothly. I really appreciate the attention to detail, honest service, and quick results. Thanks again, Byte Wizard! Definitely recommending your services to family and friends.
