Customer service put you on hold forever. the internet sucks and is like dial up. If getting the run around for lousy service then you came to the right place. I would rather hand write letters and deliver them on horseback then use their services again. It would faster then the internet.

I have spent 6 hours now and more since my business moved and Century Link was not able to provide service at my new location. They have delayed and refused to cancel my internet service and have fraudulently charged me for the last two months after they finally agreed to cancel my account. I have been disconnected multiple times when being transferred to every "department" imaginable in their customer service department. As I write this I have been on the phone with them and currently as I am recording the call I have been on the line for 1 hour and 58 minutes. This is the 5th time I have had to call them. I am always very pleasant and courteous to the service people I speak with but I am not able to understand why the things they say they are doing when I am on the Line are mysteriously not done when I get yet another bill. I would really advise anyone to not set up automatic payments either since this is how they continue to take my money even though I have tried to cancel these automated payments but have not been able to since now technically my account is inactive. It is a TRAP. I would not recommend this company to my friends, Heck I wouldn't recommend this company to my enemies.

    I contacted Doyle Electric to find out why we had power go out in living room and some bedrooms…read more They sent a man out in a week and he looked for two hours trying to find out where the problem was. He was very nice and said he had to get on another job (totally understood) and said he would give the order to his staff and then they would make an appointment for us to try under the house and find the problem. I waited for a few days, heard nothing, so I called and the lady said they had to have a meeting on it and she would call back. No call back. I waited for three more days, called and the lady then said she would have to find out what they decided they were doing for us and she would call us back. Still no call back after several more days. I called AGAIN and another lady said the lady I had originally talked to was at an appt and would have her call me back. No call. I called again the next day and was told the original lady was doing "banking" and was not in the office and would have her call me back. I finally lost it and said but I DONT get the call back!!! I also said I am extremely frustrated that u say u will call back and don't!!! I told her if u don't have time to do our house then TELL me, I get that! The lady was extremely rude and put out by that comment and told me she would have the lady call me back (with a huff) No call. After several more days, I called Hays Electric. They came out the next day and stayed until he could figure it out! (about 3 hours). I now have a house with power back!!!! I was so happy and relieved!! I had been concerned all this time worrying about what was wrong and if we could have something else happen while waiting on a electrician to help me. I'm so thankful to Hays Electric!!! I will never use Doyle Electric again. Their customer service needs to improve! Or maybe I am not a big enough project to care what they say to me. I just think the ladies in the office need customer service training. They both left a bad taste in my mouth!! Again, thank u Hays Electric for caring enough to help me!!! Those of us who aren't BIG MONEY PROJECTS appreciate your concern, courtesy and helpfulness!! By the way, still haven't got that call!!

I've been thrilled with the professional, responsive service received from their Security and the Well/pump divisions. I'm still waiting for the general electrical project to begin but I've been very pleased so far with the work on my extensive residential project.

    We receive emails in Southern California from Kelley's service every time my elderly aunt's phone…read morerings in eastern Washington. The service costs us $6 month for incredible peace of mind. My aunt is in a facility for memory care, but she's had her phone for over 60 years and we didn't want to disconnect it while she is still alive and can receive visitors or calls. The phone is not at her house anymore. Her phone provider maintains it for us at their central exchange (that is a separate $20/month to maintain the number). My aunt has cousins and friends in other states who still don't know that she has moved into a facility. Some health care providers still call regarding appointments that were set up last year. Using Kelley's and having it be so affordable is a godsend. Every time someone calls, I get an email instantly. I can tell if it is "0-3 seconds" (a solicitor) or ten seconds or more from a legitimate caller. I can see the number and who called most of the time. I can call in and listen to the message 24 hours a day. I call people back and update them. We are able to support my aunt so smoothly with Kelley's help. Our family is very grateful for the professionalism and smoothly operating system that Kelley's provides us. They have been flawless in their technical service and their customer experience has been outstanding.

They claimed they had some technical issue starting my account. They billed me. Then kept stringing me along saying my service was about to start. But the service never started. They sent me a bill surprisingly. I told them they needed to give me service first. They refused and instead sent my account to collections. I received numerous collection calls and my business ' reputation was completely damaged. This horrible company would not even talk to me about the issue before they decided on their own to send the account to collections. Any one that would do this to a brand new customer they will do it to you. As a business owner, i would not risk your business or reputation doing business with the kind of company that will think nothing of sending their brand new customers to collections over their own errors.
