It was a little smaller and cramped then the other location but it makes up for it with being less busy! Yes I checked out the other location and I have to say it's bigger and busier which can be nice but don't sleep on this location! It is very hard for me to believe that these are actually true reviews. I'm suspicious that these negative reviews were posted to give the business a low rating. Because of this, I would like to say that I love Falkenberg's and I have only had OUTSTANDING service. I don't live in Walla Walla, but if I did, that would be the only jewelry store that I would go to. I love supporting local businesses and I really enjoy stopping in whenever I am in town just to look around. They have a great selection and a wide variety of items. In addition, they often have a lovely selection of Estate Jewelry. It's always fun to check out that section. The last time I was there, I found a beautiful pair of pearl earrings. Keri assisted me with my purchase that day and she even cleaned both mine and my husband's wedding rings for free. At first, we declined her offer to do so, but she was so very kindly insistent, so we acquiesced. We were so glad, because our rings looked like new again. Falkenberg's may not be the least expensive store to purchase jewelry; however, they are very reasonable for the quality and the service that they provide. And...if you are in Walla Walla, it makes more sense to check them out first before heading to the Tri Cities. Hiring dependable people (professional and staff) who actually show up for work, and/or fulfill their contract and are responsible and competent workers has been difficult. Thus, hours and staff have had to be adjusted. I see some negative comments here, and am sorry for those difficulties, but I encourage people to discuss issues with the manager/Pharmacist or a staff person to resolve issues more satisfactorily. . Dealing with the public is not an easy job. I want this business to flourish.

I will never go here or recommend this business to anyone, because of how she treated me. She should be ashamed of her behavior, I am absolutely outraged at the way I was treated just now. My mom is going through withdrawals because NONE of the pharmacies in this god forsaken town have her meds, and all I simply asked this horrible woman was why all of the pharmacies have been on back order for so long with this particular med. She was extremely condescending, she insulted me, and told me to call the manufacturer. You shouldn't employ people who cannot handle being asked questions.
